At the breakfast there was not enough forks, knives, bowls. Music was too loud. Also at the dinner it was difficult to find clean table even after the peak hours.

Very dirty pools. Very old property. Awful hot elevator to go up in Star annex, which sometimes just did not work! Cocktails! - just bad. Beer is ok, everything else is awful. The main minus for us - on such a huge territory not a single air conditioned playroom for kids.

Location, size of pools, quite clean room, some of the days food was quite good. Reception lady is very nice and helpful! (The one who smiles all the time!)

The bedroom lacked curtains, making it difficult to sleep in with the sun shining. The restaurant only offered a limited buffet selection. An a-la-carte option would have been nice.

I noticed that the place was immaculately clean, the pools were well-maintained and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Uncomfortable beds, busy traffic on the street separating the two halves of the property (but a crossover bridge in place), pool chairs reserved from early morning (despite unoccupied during parts of the day), food a little monotonous with too much sauces (more natural would be better, sauced could be kept on the side).

Right on beach, nice sunrises, clean nice sandy beach where one can take long walks, low sea good for kids when weather good, excellent superhelpful staff, clean, all inclusive covering all basic needs, convenience stores all around.

The hotel and its facilities are very good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a few request to the staff during out stay which were fulfilled right away. On arrival we came to the hotel at 1:30 am and the night shift front desk manager was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The rooms are a bit outdated and some parts need a bit of a fix-up. The hotel is split in half by a rather busy road, which you have to cross when going to the lobby or to breakfast. There is a bridge over it but stairs on both sides, impossible for strollers and my family had two of those. The part of the hotel by the beach is reserved for a special travel agency, it was my understanding that part was not bookable on Booking.com. (To be fair, all of this was covered in older reviews and we should’ve read those before. Overall we were happy with our stay and that was largely thanks to the amazing staff - we moved to a 5star hotel later in the trip and ended up missing Iolida and their amazing staff!)

The staff is amazing! Always smiling and ready to help, the cleaning was great and done twice a day with new sheets and towels. Great view from the room. Breakfast was really good. The beach connected to the hotel was great.

We really liked the bridge that linked the 2 sides to the hotel but it would be a problem for people with mobility issues as there are quite a few steps to get on and off it

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. Room was really big and kept impeccably clean. All of the staff, from the cleaners to reception to bar staff were lovely: very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We spent a lot of time at the beach and it was beautiful: the sea was really clear and warm and we never struggled to get a sunbed. Would highly recommend getting the all inclusive too. Really good value for money! Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is listed as 5 stars, but really, it hardly is 4. It needs maintenance. Seems that it s neglected, especially the bathroom.

The wardrobe could have had more shelfs ot inside space, not only hangers. For a family staying for 7 days there was not enough / not very comfortable storage space. One of the kids was sleeping on an “extra” bed which was not very comfortable. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

Very nice beach just few steps from the bar / dining area, swimming pool nice and warm. Food was just fantastic, the staff was very kind and polite. Clean rooms and hotel, our view from the terrace was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay, kids enjoyed the sea, the pool and everything - there was even a little snorkelling shore with lots of fishes. Thank you!

Lack of animations for the kids. All sunbeds are reserved in the early morning even though, it’s clearly stated that it’s not allowed.

The view from the pool to the ocean was amazing! Was also nice to have the ocean right there. Breakfast was also excellent. Staff was very friendly. Special thanks to the bartender who brought mint from his own backyard. He was great with the customer service.

The hotel's distance from the nearest airport is quite significant. It is recommended to rent a car. Access to hotel rooms and amenities is a bit confusing.

Room We were on the other side of the road to the beach which got very annoying after a couple of days of having to travel back and forth. We booked a sea view room and while yes you can see the sea from it, directly infront of the room is an unfinished building, the road and a vacant lot over which you could see the sea. Bathroom flooded everytime you use the shower which would stay wet for the day. Drinks Drinks were extremely restrictive for an all inclusive, options of beer wine and a handful of cocktails (couldn't get a mojito etc.) Food Pizza was 11€ for the margarita not included in all inclusive. Food in general was grand but lacked variety overall. We were told we couldn't bring food from the buffet to the room. Main area for dinner was very canteen like- serving dinner in the beach bar would be a much nicer setting and the facilities are there, feels like a missed opportunity. We ate our most nights as a result. Entertainment Lack of atmosphere or an obvious place to chill out and have a drink in the evenings. No live music. There is a bar beside the hotel which had live music but obviously wasn't included in your all inclusive. Overall impression The hotel calls itself 5 star, Booking.com says 4 star, felt a bit more 3.5 star all inclusive.

Location of the Hotel Close to beach. Booking on Booking.com meant we didn't need to pay for sunloungers and umbrellas. Near some lovely restaurants, Cactus and Raeti Taverna were two of our favorite. Facilities Pool area was nice, pool was refreshing in the heat. Staff Staff were friendly and helpful. Helpful with recommendations for excursions.
