Location is Near the main road , but there is underpasses 100mtrs , away and you can cross the road mostly anytime like any town .

As soon as you arrive, they charge you more than a hundred euros for air condition, tax and safe.

Close to the beach. Close to the shops and restaurants. I liked the swimming pool, too.

1) The internet does not work properly. As I was working remotely, it was really an issue and I had to go to other cafes and bars. 2) As I stayed for almost a month, cleaning was not very frequent (once a week).

1) Close to the beach and Stalis village center 2) Nice pool area with a bar 3) Owners were friendly and organized traditional dinners where you could meet other guests.

Definitely being close to such a main road. No water to drink when I arrived late evening.

The swimming pool. The location apart from having to cross a busy road. Basic but was good value for the money. I liked the resort. Just a nice size. Good little beaches. Good little supermarket and butchers just over the road. Some excellent places to eat out at reasonable prices..

We had to make an effort to get the apartments we had booked. The hostess persistently argued that the double standard studio, where a third bed can be placed, is the superior triple we ordered. In the end, we managed to get what we paid for. But an unpleasant memory remained

The rooms are not cleaned often and the room itself requires cosmetic repairs.

I like the apartment, the location and the hosts. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Also I like the price for apartment.

The WiFi at the property not as great, extremely slow in many point of the property, only worked in my room.

Great location! Close to the beach, shops and amenities. I loved the tranquility of the location, friendly receptionist spacious room, clean bed sheet every day, the pool was a plus for the kids of having fun. I absolutely recommend the property for a family stay!

It was very basic, pictures on the website did not match the apartments we stayed in. We had to ask for change of towels, bedsheets, toilet paper. There was cracks and mould in the bathroom mirror, shower room, toilet was broken with lots of yellow stains. There was several power cut in the night as well one of the apartment had broken window, cracked cups and plates. There was no complementary soap, shampoo etc. Being self catering accommodation it lacked basic necessary utensils.

The host was very accommodating, very informative about local area and sightseeing.

The fridge was not working- so it was not checked by the owner prior to our check in. Was replaced the next day with a new one. Beds were too hard to sleep on. I requested a toper which was provided- so this was a plus. The room that we booked was a superior triple studio, that was advertised as 3 single beds and larger in size. Because we were only 2 adults there were only 2 beds in the room so I do no know what size room was it. I would have had to request another bed to be put in if another person was joining us, which would have made the room crowded.

Location, the property, value for your money. The room was much cooler then other rooms- had the morning sun. The room was clean.

The host Maria was very kind and helpful with great suggestions for activities to do during our stay. The location was really nice next to the beach and I was glad the bus stop was so easy to access. The rooms were very tidy with everything you could need.

The wifi was very intermittent, and wasnt strong enough. I felt the room was a little tired and could use a freshen up, compared to the pictures. I found the beds quite hard , this might be down to a preference.

Maria is fantastic, and super available and helpful throughout the trip! She literally does everything! The location is excellent and only 5 minutes walk from the main street of Stalis, and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room was very big and the kitchen had the basic essentials. Its very quiet on a night also which is great.

Perfect location for trips. Nice sand beach. Bus stop in front of apartments - good conection from/to airport. Bakery and supermarket close to the apartments. Really nice and helpful owner Maria. Thanks a lot for everything, we can recommend this accomodation.

They do not provide you shampoo, soap, they don't change the towels and one bed was really uncomfortable but the other were fine (we asked for a room for 4 people). If you travel take the bus that goes to Malia, you can ask the locals where is the bus station and the ticket costs 3,80€ aprox per person and once you are in the bus tell the person that check the tickets to tell you when you will arrive to Stalida bus stop do not cross the street, the hotel is aprox. 3 houses to the way that the bus goes (right)

The place was great, really near to the bus station really recomendable if you are travelling from ferry or from the airport. Is near to different nice places such as Agios Nikolaos and Milos.
