The option of my room is a double bed but it was just two bed that bonds together which makes me a bit confused

Noisy neighborhood and takes a bit to fall asleep and windows(quite thin) don't open for some fresh air. Also cannot control the AC from the room. Rooms need a bit of an update as well, as the curtains had rips in them and the bathroom had some warped floorboards.

Great staff, quite helpful and the lady from the breakfast restaurant is a star even helped pack a breakfast for us for an early checkout.

Just that key card didn't work initially but this was quickly addressed. No other negative comments come to mind.

Good overall value for money, not very far from the Acropolis and breakfast buffet was good with standard international selection of cooked items, cereals, pastries and hot drinks. Only minor issue was that my room key card didn't work initially and this had to be addressed but otherwise, a good value and clean hotel.

The automatic blind does not fully close, plenty of light comes in the room. Glass door of the bathroom is not ideal for privacy. The bells from the church next door go off even during the night.

The staff were really nice and helpful; breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and spacious. It was quite close to the city centre and the metro station; however, the neighborhood was quite dodgy, and we felt unsafe at night. The street in front was quite noisy, and the windows were not very effective at containing the noise. It was overall good and worth the money.

The neighborhood was not completely safe in the evening, the automatic curtains in the room did not stop the light in the early morning, and the corridors were sometimes noisy at night (doors slammed, people chatting loudly).

The staff was extremely kind, the room was clean and well-equipped, and a good breakfast was served every day on the rooftop.

Regarding the location, there are many homeless people on the nearby streets but we haven’t experience any negative situations. It just makes you feel uncomfortable but it is not specific to that area.

The staff were friendly and smiling, our room was clean and the bed was comfortoble. We also liked the breakfast, the products they served were of good quality. Overall we’re satisfied with our choice of accommodation. If your purpose is to travel around it is a place i can reccommend and I would prefer to stay in the same place when I go to Athens again.

It was a little cold in the evening with a think duvet. It could be thicker. There was a safe in the room, but it was already locked and I was not able to open it to use.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The location is not far from the metro station. It is very nice to have an iron and an ironboard in the room, so you can go out with freshly ironed shirts.

The bathroom is clean, but water splashed outside the shower screen and flew onto the floor even into the bedroom because the shower screen is not sealed tight enough.

Ordered double bed but got two singles connected together.

Not first time in this hotel, return always when am in Athens. Location is perfect, metro is 7 min. Walking distance, very good breakfast and service, reception is helpful and polite.

Area is very unsafe. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but now very good for people with allergies or intolerances, not so many options.

The hotel is really hot for short stays. Stuff was really nice and helpful and facilities were good. Room was cleaned every day. Hotel was very well connected with other parts of the city.
