Not only was the room amazing, recently renovated,super clean, peaceful and close to the beach, but Katerina was an amazing host! She’s super attentive to details and very helpful when we ran into an issue with booking the ferry back. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Very peaceful and beautiful. The apartment is clean with all necessary amenities. Parking is available right in front of the apartment, in a nice yard. An excellent location for all those who want a peaceful vacation.

A bit remote from the main road but still very close by foot, so that was amazing. The location was very beautiful, the orchard, the trees, the hammocks to read and nap😍 the room was extremely clean and very well furnished. We really had all we needed!

We loved the stay in Katerina, it's private, at a beautiful location, near the most beautiful beaches on the island. The room was smaller, but very cute, comfortable, with clean facilities and a small balcony. It has it's own parking spaces. The accomodation is located in a garden full of olive trees + it has its own chapel. The owner is very kind and helpful, she also gave us a handmade soap her daughter makes, which was such a thoughtful gift. We will definitely be coming back!

A delightful property , quiet and secluded as nicely situated a short few minutes away from the front of Panormos. Katerina is a welcoming host and the room was tastefully simple and offered privacy but equally the central courtyard made for a lovely spot to meet and make friends with other guests as i did . I had a wonderful stay …thank you / ευχαριστώ . Hope to return !

Loved absolutely everything, a home from home in the most beautiful and peaceful setting. Katerina is the most caring, attentive and friendly host ever - she had got everything completely right. We were treated like family friends staying in Katerina's beautiful home. She is never intrusive but always available for her valued guests. Plenty of parking space, spacious grounds beneath shady olive and plum trees and a 2 minute walk, via a footpath at the rear of the house, to wonderful Panormos beach. We will most definitely return. Thank you so much Katerina.

Our stay at Katerina was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nestled within a charming garden, and very close to Panormos Beach, this establishment exceeded all expectations. Immaculately clean and exquisitely organized, Katerina provided us with a very pleasant stay. The range of accommodations catered to every need. The unit was equipped with an air-condition, free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and electric kettle. There was a compact kitchenette and dining area, and overall the attention to detail was commendable. It was evident that the management had gone the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests. The highlight was the terrace which became our private haven, a tranquil spot to unwind and soak in the serenity of the surroundings. The presence of a children's playground in the garden added to the establishment's family-friendly charm. It was evident that every aspect of Katerina's setup had been thought through, ensuring that every guest could enjoy a holistic experience. The heart of the (small) Panormos village was only a few minutes away on foot. The convenience of having a mini-market as well as shops and restaurants within walking radius was a delightful bonus. Finally, the location (Panormos) was very convenient, since most of the good beaches of Skopelos are nearby, like Milia and Kastani. All in all, Katerina truly embodies the essence of a well-organized and impeccably clean retreat contributing to a memorable experience. The establishment deserves every bit of its remarkable rating for a couple's getaway.

A little more interaction with host would have been welcome. But I appreciate thats not for everybody.

Little details like marmalade and biscuits gifted in fridge and the room decor was gorgeous.

mosquitos and wasps abound. there is no doing much about it except to being repellant for the mosquitos and cover up and burn coils. this is not the fault of the property. just a reality of the area. try not to let them inside during the day. property provides mosquito nets on windows and doors.

Situated in an orchard, back from the beach but only a few minutes walk. This was a lovely place to relax and refresh. The main lounge/dining area is outside, under shelter. The bedrooms and kitchen area are primarily for sleeping/preparing food - so plan to spend most of your leisure time outdoors (very pleasant)

Everything :) Superb location (just 4-5min walk from room to the best beach on the island :) ) Super nice and clean, private bathroom, private kitchen (outside of the room with large fridge/freezer, oven etc..), superb nice place for eat in the garden. Garden with tomatoes, paprika, etc which we could pick up and eat (so fresh breakfast every day :) There are also figs trees, plums, apples, oranges, lemon... All you can eat :) And grapes of course :) NIce small balcony/terrace with nice view.. At the night - quiet and calm... Air-condition in the room works perfectly... Every day room was cleaned and towels, linen changed... Very firndly and nice LandLady :) Want back there again...

All excellent.

We have just arrived home from a fabulous stay at Katerina Apartments. Katerina is a wonderful host and the apartments are spotlessly clean and absolutely gorgeous. The setting is so peaceful and pretty. They are located just off the road that runs through Panormos, it is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I would highly recommend these apartments, we didn't want to come home. Thank you Katerina for your hospitality.

Just before the big storm, the owner left the island and there was noone at place who could be there for us 24/7. The owner was on the phone, but internet didn't function very well and the cleaning lady was coming to the place oce a day ( didn't speak any english), but we were left there alone otherwise, which was a little bit scary during this horrible storm : The price of the accommodation was quite expensive so we expected the better service in that respect. We stayed in the apartment for 4, but it was OKish for 2 people ( we were there as a couple) : kitchen was very small and hard to move around. We couldn't open one window as the owner said the rain could leak from there- that means that majority of time we were in dark, or when the light was on, we switched it on.

The location is close to the beach, by foot only a few minutes. If you like spending time in the garden, there is an opportunity and it is also a quiet place. The owner was reachable via messages, she helped us with the translation of ferry messages - they changed the departure port at the last call .....and allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer than official checkout.
