Nice hotel a few minutes walk from the main area. Good price .rooms were spacious and clean .Good parking either at the hotel or public car park 5 metres from the hotel.hector who was at reception was welcoming and friendly .we had a small problem. With our toilet and thus issue was resolved in 15 minutes.breakfast was good for the price we paid

Breakfast was poor and cold. We did advise this to management, we made some suggestions to help them get it right however it seemed to fall on deaf ears. We understand from reviews and speaking with other guests we were not the only guests who had commented.

Good location and value for money. Hector at reception is a credit to the owner.

In our room the shower door was broken and it hadn’t been fixed throughout our stay.

- The television didn't work - There is no door in the bathroom so everyone can see you when you take your shower or go the the toilet - The cleaning lady threw away our souvenirs, thinking they were to be thrown into the trash but we were reimbursed - The breakfast is very inferior and insufficient for a hotel of this level, this is also reflected in the taste of food

- The swimming pool is very cool and beautiful at night - The staff are always there if you need anything and they are very friendly. - The beds are very comfortable - There are 2 balconies in the room

Wasn't clear when you could and couldn't order drinks drinks at the pool.

Really nice stay staff were really nice and helpful - made good restaurant recommendations. Nice and easy location - easy to walk to the strip. Great overall stay!

Nice place, relaxed pool area. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed meeting the other guests. The location is perfect. Close to everything, beach, nice bakery, shops etc. But also quiet enough.

Anesis Blue is right in the middle of the bouncing athmosphere of Crete , Heronisos. We used it as a starting point for our journeys, Rent a Jeep for serveral days for going Off Route to the Most un-popular but beautiful and silent beaches. Photos are on Point , so No faking here.

The elevator needs fixing. The sensor doesn’t work well so we all got squished and bruised many times.

We had to park in the public car park next door as the hotel car park was always full.

The hotel is located in a great location, just 5 minutes to the beach front, bars and restaurants. Very quiet at nught and very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The hotel is small, but on good location and comfortable. The staff is great and there for any questions and requests.... The room is very clean.... The dinners are good, even for picky eaters....Everything is as in the picture.

Pool is slightly shaded and not much outside space but sarantari beach is very near so not really a problem.

Great quiet location just off main town street. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Hector. They kindly upgraded us to a larger executive room with a lovely morning sun balcony which was amazing for the price. Breakfast was sufficient and nice setting to dine in.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear people talking in the hallway let alone when people were shouting. We had a problem in the first day with the hot water in the shower and they fixed it

The location is great right next to the board walk and there is also a supermarket close by. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was nice. There is a small pool and sunbeds and only few hotels in that area. Our room had a mini fridge and a good AC

Although the pictures are nice, the place is not as nice as it seems in the pictures since it’s an old hotel with a face lift that I don’t think it’s worth the title “Boutique Hotel” The walls are really thin, and the room door have no phono isolation at all. We could hear all the noise from the corridor and the alarm from the next room.

The hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. The new design touches were interesting.
