The family room sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable of beds, and four beds would have been better. Given the size of the resort and proximity to Lindos, a complimentary shuttle to Lindos would have been good rather than spending money on taxis each time.

The location to the beach and short taxi ride to Lindos was particularly useful. The various pools offered good alternatives and the location of the hotel generally offered great views. I would recommend eating in the additional restaurants at the hotel because the food and service were very good.

The place is well used and shows it. It needs a major face lift. In our room the door handle to the door of the balcony was about to fall off, the door to the bathroom didn't close properly and the toilet lid fell off are some examples. Outside the building is showing cracks and in obvious disrepair. Whilst we enjoyed our stay we wouldn't recommend this place and would probably go somewhere a little more upmarket

The entertainment was great but felt like it could’ve gone on a little later - everyone wanted it to!

The staff were lovely! Great value for money, location was beautiful. Good choice in different foods (we loved the gyros!) really can’t complain would recommend. We stayed in the sea view room for a little bit more money and 100% worth it, huge balcony and amazing views.

I am recommending to stay more than 1 night, at the first day it’s hard to navigate, because the hotel is very big. But after a day, it’s fine. The ‘All inclusive’ concept is not 100% All inclusive, the drinks after 23:00 is not all inclusive, the drinks in The themed restaurants is not included too. lack of signage, it’s really hard to navigate in the first days. We had 2 rooms, in one of the rooms the air conditioning was ok, the second one was not good. A technician came to the room, changed the temperature to 18, and it didn’t work.

The pools were great. The beach was really nice, wifi is really good, even working in the beach. Food was really good, you have a lot to choose from. 10 minutes away from Lindos, 50 minutes away from Rhodes Town. Car is very recommended! The rooms are very big. Really nice staff.

The a la carte restaurants were mostly booked before we got there. The food in the main dinning room was good, but it was very repetitious every day. Breakfast and lunch were the same each day. The dinners did have some specials each night.

The pools and beach were great at super easy to get to. Everything was very convenient and the staff was great. The rooms were large and clean. AC worked well. And the taxi ride to Lindos was just a couple of minutes.

The images I'd seen when booking and the actual hotel website did not represent what I had booked at all. When asking for a kettle or bath plug it could be a half an hour or longer wait. I had booked a family room and it was not clean and the room itself was extremely basic not what is sold online. THAT said, the hotel manager was very helpful and got me to a room that I was happy with.

The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and kind. The swimming pools are great. Hotel manager exceeded expectations after my disappointment over our room, the room we ended up with was BEAUTIFUL, and then exceeded my expectations.

bar staff were grumpy (apart from Maria), our beds were two single beds pushed together which kept sliding apart, entertainment could be better and some for adults, we struggled to book the al a carte restaurants as they were always busy.

Great cleanliness, food selection was good, plenty of sunbeds, our swim up room was nice, great location.

Property not ready for opening. Pools were still dirty and being cleaned. Adult pool and kids slide pool unavailable. Only 2 pools were usable. Air conditioning was unpredictable. Only plus side is we only had to stay one day and not a whole week like some others. Staff were lovely and I felt sorry for them.
