Location was perfect, 5-10 minutes from the beach. Parking for quads or other rental vehicles. Quite area with pool in the sun. Excellent facilities available for self catering option.

It didn’t affect us too much but more updated TVs so we could have Netflix and programmes in chosen language not just Greek would have been good.

Really lovely welcome and clear information from Nicole the manager. Arrived to a perfectly clean and spacious apartment. Daily housekeeping was available and the housekeepers designed the towels in fancy styles which always brought cheer upon return to bedrooms. All facilities were clean and well maintained. Location is awesome with view of Ancient Thira, less than 10mins walk to Perissa beach and a great bakery nearby. We used buses most of the time, very accessible and cheaper than other modes of transport.

This place was perfect! A few minutes walk from the best beach in Santorini and the location was ideal for exploring the island by car. The staff was so incredibly friendly and attentive to every request. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Only issue we found with the property was lack of sun. Due to staying in late October the weather wasn't overly hot, which meant the fact the garden area and pool were both shaded resulted in us not being able to sunbathe or relax in the sun at the property. The pool was too cold to use. There were also no English TV channels, however this didn't cause us much issue.

Everyone friendly and helpful. Property had everything we needed and any issues were fixed promptly. Easy access to the beachfront and local shops. Hottub was perfect for my 1 year old to play in as well as the adults to relax in of an evening. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.

There was nothing we didn’t like, the apartment was cleaned every day and we loved having our own space, it was quiet and easy to get to, we really enjoyed our stay with you

We enjoyed staying at Loukas and Emma, Nicole was lovely and very knowledgeable about the island, we had a lovely little self catering apartment with a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi wasn’t hot but after spending the full day sunbathing it was nice to get into a like warm jacuzzi instead of it being too hot so we enjoyed this :-) we did however think the swimming pool looked a lot bigger on the photos but it was much smaller in real life but to be honest on some occasions we had the pool to ourselves so this was not a problem :) we really enjoyed the location as it is so close to Perissa beach, if your wanting a nice relaxing holiday this is place to go and stay :)

The rooms were beautiful and cleaned everyday. The staff were helpful, friendly, and had lots of advice on how to best to explore the island. The area was quiet and were never disturbed by our neighbours. The private jacuzzi was a great addition! We also loved the friendly cats! Great location for the beach, quiet area but with enough life with great restaurants; plus easy access via car to the rest of the island.

We loved it all. If I really have to say something to be improved I'd mention the bathroom. It's a bit old, a refurbishment removing the bathtub and putting a shower would be good touch. A change of the shower head too. But for the rest we really have no complaints at all

The property is located in a quiet streets few minutes away from the main road and the beach, making it very quiet. The apartment is spacious, the jacuzzi very nice for a cool down and the swimming pool a plus when you don't want to go tot he beach. there's daily room service and Nicole is very helpful with any question you may have. We have spent a wonderful week, We very much reccommend it!

Everything was good. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything about our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of outdoor space for our 2 bed apartment. We left after 4 nights and continued our stay in Perissa at hotel Antoperla which is supposedly 5 star. We wish we had stayed at Emma and Loukas apartment for the whole week.

Basic kitchen amenities would have been nice (pepper, salt, olive oil). Same for a nespresso type coffee machine, both no biggies but would have been nice.

The modern, tranquil design, the spacious master bedroom with own bathroom and two decent sized rooms for the kids. Very comfortable apartment! Also to have the garden with the cool tub (which was very regularly maintained). Nice and quiet location at good walking distance to the Main Street and the beach. Nicole was very accommodating with logistic support and booking of day trips. Perissa comfortably away from the Oia buzz, laidback holiday vibe.

This property is pure luxury. Comfortable beds, great air con, great hairdryer, plenty shampoo/conditioners, full kitchen, washing machine and pool towels. Very quiet villa but very close walking distance to bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. Close to bus stop to visit the island or car/bike rental, no need for taxi/uber. Lovely beach walk in 10 minute. Please visit the most amazing luxurious restaurant in Pervilos 'Seaside'. Unbelievable good food/drink and service in the evening!! Its a must before you go home. Nicole the accomodation Manager couldn't do enough for you, so helpful with great communication via wats app before/during our stay. We will definitely come back here with our family on our next visit to Santorini.
