The only thing that we found strange is that some essential stuff was missing from the kitchen - salt, dish washing detergent, a sponge. Other than that everything was perfect!

The host is super responsive to messages and additional questions, the check-in was easy and effortless. The staff in general was really friendly and they maintained the cleanliness almost on a daily basis - changing the toiletries, adding more toilet paper, taking out the trash. The poolside was a perfect spot for a morning breakfast by the sea as well as a cozy chit-chat in the evening. The nearest supermarket is 5 mins walking from the apartment.

There is no TV in the appt Athough obviously you do not go on holiday to watch TV .... should the weather change as it did during our stay with spectacular downpours and lightning , then anyone with children might have some difficulty as also the WIFI is basically non-existant. It will generally work at 7am or between 11pm and midnight. On arrival, I had occasion to ring the number listed on my booking for contact 'locally',to query about 6 persons using the sunbeds/pool I believed not to be guests and that other guests were also concerned about this. The male answering advised me that the number I rang was for emergencies only and he was not helpful. I attended the local office the following morning where I spoke with 2 very pleasant and helpful ladies about the initial matter There was a male present but It was not until several minutes into the conversation and at a point that I mentioned "a grumpy male answered" etc that he spoke up as being that person ! After an initial reluctance this man actually dealt with the matter personally and very well. It was a shame it took such a dicussion and visit to the office to resolve the matter.

Compared with many accommodations in Kassiopi the location is brilliant. The view from the seafront appartments, the proximity both to the pebbled beach/sea and the restaurants/shops is great ..... plus the ability to park nearby is a bonus and unusual in the area.

Excellent communication with questions answered promptly. The apartment is centrally located with wonderful views across the bay. It is kept clean by regular housekeeping visits and the staff are very welcoming.

There isn't anything negative

Fantastic apartments, everything we needed for our wedding party in June. Several couples and families stayed across the apartments, and everyone was so impressed. The location is an absolute standout, beautiful sea views, and sunsets from the balcony or pool. Really good standard of cleaning, all facilities were modern and fresh. We cooked a home meal for 16 people in one of the kitchens, so it really did have enough facilities, more than average in Kassiopi. Our air conditioning wasn't turning on in the first day, Travel Corner were really helpful and got that resolved quickly. The air conditioning after that was excellent. Couldn't recommend enough.

Best apartments in Kassiopi by far, excellent facilities, very clean and modern and fantastic location. Fully equipped kitchen, great shower, and pool area. The sea views are stunning and just a quick walk to the main square. Excellent value for money for such a high standard

The bathroom had been cleaned but it needs a deep clean (eg mould cleaner, the corners etc) the cleaners were not very good, friendly but don't know how to clean. more expensive than other towns in corfu.We didn't meet anyone from Marika apartments on our stay and the keys were left attached to our door on arrival. Unfortunately the bus service to Paleokastritsa was not yet running. Cutlery and crockery a bit scarce (only 2 cups, 2 bowls etc) No TV in the room but i don't watch TV so didn't bother me. I was there in May when the pool was empty but if you are in the bottom apartments you are likely to get splashed by people in the pool as it is only about 2 feet away from the patio area. Unfortunately the nice greek music we used to hear from the restaurants has been replaced with modern music which spoiled it for me and there is nowhere to see traditional greek dancing anymore as apparently they had to stop in lockdown and can't get dancers now. It is becoming more like Spain and Turkey unfortunately.

The view was beautiful from the apartment. The location brilliant, with a 20 min beautiful walk starting at the end of the road, and finishing in the town centre. Good amount of shops and restaurants. The area was quiet enough and the bed was firm and comfortable. Bus stop nearby to a few different places.

The double bed was quite uncomfortable but nothing we couldn’t cope with, the bathroom was pretty dated but as we were using it just as a base it was fine for all our needs

Plenty of space with all the facilities we needed. Close to all amenities and the pool was great for the children. Staff were helpful and friendly and replied to messages quickly.

Not enough sun shade parasols on terrace by pool (only the 4 big fixed position ones in photos) but plenty of sun loungers and nice to have a big table and chairs on terrace too. Beach is mostly pebbles so would advise to wear beach shoes (local shops sell them) lots of fish to see just off shore if you like snorkelling.

Our 2 bedroom apartment (room 6) also had a good size dining kitchen and 3 balconies. The kitchen facilities were good and bathroom modern. Place was very clean. Cleaning staff visited most days to empty bathroom bin and gave new towels half way through week. Swimming pool big enough to float around in and having beach across the road was great. Location for Kassiopi centre was good, only 10 minute walk to main harbour, shops and restaurants. Supermarket, a greengrocer and a taverna 2 minutes walk at end of road. The Travel Corner were very helpful in organising a taxi transfer for us. Wifi worked fine and wifi password is now posted at accommodation.

Air con has a light on but got used to it. Tad noisy air con but you adjust. Had to get own toilet paper. No soap, washing up liquid or washing up cloth would have been good. Beds were fine. Not the softest but more than fine.

The balcony and views were so lovely. Right over the sea if you ask of the view. Room is bright and clean with good air con. Pool Is lovely over looking the sea. Easy to walk to harbour. Enough deck chairs for the pool. Easy to get in to the apartment. Nice quiet street and peaceful.

Our shutter doors got jammed shut on the first day but the staff were so helpful and had them fixed them for us the next day. Very lovely and helpful people!

Amazing view and such a short walk to Kassioppi harbour with everything you need. More beautiful beaches nearby round the headland too! Excellent location and very lovely staff when we needed help!

No soap, washing up liquid, sponge ,welcome small bottle of water and no toilet roll, would b nice to have a one!the pool area was nice with amazing views but no one to tidy it up at end of day (adjenct appartments had someone sweeping/tidying up every evening). some diesrespectful guests would leave all their inflatables lying everywhere at the end of the day.Also some of the sun loungers/ chairs were broken and there were some arms from chairs/screw lying around which could be potentially dangerous.

Having read some negative reviews wasnt sure what to expect but perfect position(with free parking!)Stunning view across the bay. We had the lovely 2 bedroom appartment which is set slightly back from the pool but has balcony with stunning views none the less and more private. 2 other large balconies on opposite side , spacious rooms, bright kithcne/diner.Would go back!
