Breakfast was not worth it , although it had a variety of things . Kind of mediocre. Also our bath cabin needed adjustments as it could not shut firmly - and water was running on the floor.

Location was perfect, as it was near the old town. So you could walk around easily. Also our room had a sea view which was lovely

The toilet bin had to be fixed as was not working The toilet sit was also broken and was fixed on the day. there was no hand tissue in the room. The safe needed batteries and needed to be fixed twice. It is not acceptable for a hotel that claims that is 5 star not to have available coffee in the room. When asked i was charged for a capsule of Nespresso which was annoying. I never faced this in any other 5* hotel that i visited.

Excellent location close to the town centre and the old town. Breakfast was excellent with variety of foot to chose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and smiling. Great view from the balcony!

Water bottles in the room are not replenished. Housekeeping services was not the best. Breakfast was mediocre. 2 twin beds instead of a queen bed were not comfortable.

I stayed at the Mediterranean Hotel in August 2024 and found the location to be very convenient. It’s right across from the beach and close to the Old Town, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. This was especially helpful since we had a small child with us in a stroller, and we could easily walk around the area. We didn’t use the pool as it was quite small and often crowded. One downside was that the in-room amenities like coffee, tea were not replenished automatically, so we had to request them from the reception ourselves. On the plus side, the breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of options available. Overall, it was a convenient stay, particularly for families, but there were some minor inconveniences.

These are all relatively minor things but they do add up a bit to affect the overall experience - Some things in the room could be a little better thought out - e.g. they had a large glass coffee table in front of the door to the balcony which led to bruised shins on more than one occasion - better choices of furnishings could make better use of the space. The glass sliding door to the bathroom was cumbersome (quite heavy to move) and had large gaps around it meaning you could hear any and every noise coming out of there… need I say more. Not the biggest issue for us but could really put some people off … Breakfast was also quite chaotic with place settings not replaced throughout service and nowhere obvious to obtain cutlery. I didn’t see a single teaspoon in an 11 day stay so we always had to stir our coffee with a knife handle etc. .. you get the idea.. - and some of the produce could have been better quality - the bacon and sausages would be described as very ‘ultra processed’ so after day one, we avoided a lot of the hot items. Good Eggs and toast though so we managed to eat something whenever we wanted breakfast. As a result of the way breakfast was conducted, we chose not to eat at the hotel for any other meals and went to other restaurants- The hotel may want to think about this as I’m sure other guests will do the same and it may be worth your while to improve the way the breakfast service is managed so that more guests choose to spend money on other meals rather than dining elsewhere…

Great location for the beach and old town and loads of good restaurants nearby - A good overall standard of accommodation. modern and largely hassle free experience

The hotel is very good but I think putting 5stars was too much and this is why our expectations were not met. I think 4stars rating would do better for the hotel and people would be more pleased.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were amazing, especially Mirjana who helped us find great sitting during breakfast and also helped us with breakfast choice. The location of the hotel and room view were superb.

Hospitality for this type of hotel was not at the right level. Some staff is not friendly, no ask for feedback , no confirmations when asked or clear guidance. No freshly made coffee nor fresh eggs (station). Bed linnen was worn out so please keep attention to details.

One lift. Too long of a wait to ride the lift. Stairs are next door, but sometimes you need assistance with luggage. Also the double beds were put together, but not locked down - fell through the gaps a number of times during the night.

The room is decent if you’re after somewhere clean to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Majority of the staff were quite disappointing. Athough some were nice, most were not accommodating nor helpful. Breakfast was also not the best, needs to get better in quality as it's the same thing each time I've stayed there. Got quite pricey this time too.

Have stayed here many times before and it's nice to see that the rooms finally got refurbished. Great location and view from the balcony was great.

The pool, small one, not exposed to sun at all. The toilet is very weird, it splash water in a very serious way when flushing. Better close it before!

The location is great. The beach is 50m far. Great bars in the area. Room service and cleaning are very good. Staff is ready to help all the time. Good breakfast. The room is big.

Most mornings you had to ask for cups or cutlery as tables were not fully set for breakfast

Reception, front desk, is not very good, very slow and not too welcoming. Hotel is more a 4 than a 5 star.

It was good but there is no plug for the hair dryer, bathroom always flood, electricity went out 6 times (they need to access my room and open the clothes closet and remove the clothes to fix it and each time hungers fell down)
