United KingdomThe bedrooms were disappointing, felt aged and needs some TLC and modernisation. There was a ikea type draw at the entrance which was worn out/chipped at the bottom. Old safety deposit box and small fridge. All the a la cart restaurants were booked up days in advance, if I had know I would have booked in advance of my stay. However we were meeting friends at the hotel who live in a different country, so waited until we were together to make detailed arrangements once we had a feel for the place (it’s our first visit!) I would expect it to be possible to book at least a day in advance.
The communal areas were absolutely brilliant! Very Greek decor and felt very luxurious Buffet was excellent food and variations (& normally I don’t like a buffet service!)

We were upgraded to Oasis Olympia Hotel so this review is based on that- Wow!! What a hotel! From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we left it was faultless! Staff went over and above to help us and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever a bother to the staff, the food was out of the world. We never once had a bad meal. We were all inclusive which was just amazing! The pool areas were clean and very relaxing along with the beaches. Plenty to do for children. The aqua park is fantastic!! Even for adults. You will have fun. Again all the staff were so helpful and friendly. We have travelled all over the world and I mean this when I say this but this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in!

GreeceIf you are not into the full board there are limited options with the nearby reasturants. Most of them operate from 19.00-23.00 so either you have dinner at that time or nothing.

North MacedoniaReally nothing to dislike or complain about, but let me state the obvious: the resort's potential is bigger than what is offered at present. Renovation of rooms is long overdue, it is obvious and visible without special attention. The renovation (and re-imagination) will make the experience even better. Functional elements need to be reimagined and made intuitively available to match what people expect from a room in a five-star hotel. The shortcomings of the room fittings will not stop anyone from having a great vacation here, as one will use the room for sleeping, and enjoy most of the day in the fun places around the resort.
Great resort with fantastic landscape and exceptional service. It is impressive how a resort of this size can sustain exceptional service throughout all points of customer interactions. This is not a boutique size, 10-people hotel, this is almost a small town size resort with hundreds of service personnel. From the very welcome point, we were greeted with smiles and kindness, and the willingness to provide exceptional service extended throughout our stay in all points of room service, restaurants, pools, aqua park facilities, and beach bars service. Kids are very welcome, they can do tons of fun stuff around the resort in a safe and organized manner.
