The service has been absolutely exceptional. Rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. We were given a complimentary refreshment on arrival as well as a complimentary bottle of wine. Staff could not do enough for us. Andi gave us loads of recommendations for Paros (our next destination). The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and cafes in Naoussa. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Paros. From the moment we arrived, the staff created a warm and genuine atmosphere that went far beyond simple courtesy — they made us feel truly welcome, as if we were part of a family. The hotel’s location is perfect, the interiors are beautifully designed, and everything is kept impeccably clean. As a true testament to their exceptional service, we accidentally left our room key in the safe when we checked out — and the hotel manager personally rushed to bring it to us all the way to the airport! This level of care goes far beyond any ratings or stars. This team has something truly special, and a big bravo to whoever brought them together. It was a truly special experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back

The shower leaked excessively into the bathroom leaving the floor completely wet. And the bed (mattress) was abit too soft for us. These issues might just be specific for our room.

Location - was walking distance to attractions in Naoussa. All the staff were exceptional and helpful. They arranged restaurants reservations, as well as give us recommendations of where to go and what to do. Breakfast was excellent.

The only issues we had were well covered by the team at Opal! Small quality of life issues were outweighed by the service and attentiveness of the team and beautiful surrounds.

We loved the new and sleek and fresh feel of the place. a great spot just outside of the main town in Naousa, the balcony sea views were lovely along with the fittings and details of the accomodation. A great stay, comfort and quality. Breakky was good too! What stood out by far was the service. The opal team is super friendly and engaging and helpful in every way. they helped us with some issues and made up for any issues or inconveniencea caused which was really lovely.

Best hotel to stay in paros! Great location, the room was gorgeous and so beautifully designed, very nice breakfast, but above all - the staff! The only thing we would say is that the walls are a bit thin, so you hear a bit of noise from the rooms next door.

We were 2 friends staying in the hotel and we had the best experience! The most amazing crew! Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful. from helping us with transport to giving us a list of recommendations to beaches and restaurants. The room was beautiful with an amazing view. It had everything you would need. The location was 2 minutes from the beach and 7 minutes to the city. Really the best place you can stay in paros!

The shower needed a door. It was a very fancy modern design but I still think it needed a door. Water would get all over the floor.

The room and entire hotel were newly remodeled. The morning breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and presents a modern and well-kept space. Although the common areas are not very large, they are very well laid out, making the space cosy and welcoming. In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Naoussa (5-10 minutes), where you can find shops and restaurants. For those who want to explore the island, you can easily hire an ATV or a scooter and get around. All in all, it was a great and very good surprise and we would gladly return.

My only criticism was that this was a very newly refurbished hotel, and there were little things that need ironing out. Everyone made a great effort though. I would have liked a designated vegan section at breakfast.
