Beautiful design. Large room and very airy. Amazing views. At first we thought the location was a problem. As you come in from a main road. But we realized it was excellent. I would not stay in the Thira. This hotel is great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They Let us look at room options. We actually liked our original choice. Grand suite.

The view from our room was amazing. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Our room was very clean. We loved how breakfast was included and it was an actual warm breakfast that you can order.

Room 101 is rather for early birds as you can hear scratching chairs from breakfast room just above .Sometimes you could hear traffic from road above hotel but it is not a problem .

Honestly, nothing everything was spectacular during our stay.

The A La Carte breakfast was excellent, and the the pool facility area was very nice. All the staff were beyond helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The view, all I can say it was indescribable.

The location and service were absolutely superb! Kosta and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They thought of everything from helping us arrange transportation to confirming our activities. The a la carte breakfast was amazing. Petit Palace Suites is luxurious and the magnificent sunsets cannot be topped.

I have never stayed in a place like this before. It is honestly flawless and the staff exceptional. The views are AMAZING!! The rooms are so comfy and clean and the cocktails are DELICIOUS. The free shuttle is really useful and if you haven’t got a car the staff are really helpful in arranging transport at a good price. I can’t emphasise how amazing the staff are! They are so kind and can’t do more for you- I actually felt sad leaving as felt we had really got to know each other. This is a very special place and we definitely plan to return.

The 30 mins walk to Fira is not a challenge, goes along the main road, 95% pedestrian area, pavement, etc. (but in the road traffic!) giving you a great view to the volcano and the sea. However, almost 1'000 meters of your walking journey is passing along a large public, official garbage collection site that even smells to your face if the wind comes from the sea, furthermore killing the sea-view experience, as this setup is between you and the sea, cannot even not noticing it. The hotel restaurant is good, but (extremely) overpriced. Be especially careful with the wine-list. Easy to be offered a wine for over €100-150-220 a bottle that can be bought in a Lidl in 900 meters walking for €8-15-20 a bottle. If you have a rented car, go to Kamari-, or Perissa Beaches (10-20 minutes drive), and enjoy a free sun-bed and umbrella whole day just for ordering a coffee and drinks in the sea-side restaurants, where the food costs one third of the hotel restaurant's prices, and the traditional food selection is much-much better. The hotel itself is perfect, no negative notes at all.

Breathtaking view to the caldera, the bay, the sea, the volcano, the incoming and outgoing large cruising ships and last but not least, the sunset. This itself is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. 30 minutes walk from downtown Fira (or a convenient free shuttle service), but not in the middle of the most crowded area. The main road in front of the main entrance not disturbing, as the entire hotel is built on the other side of the volcanic rocks, facing the sea. The rooms and the entire facility are built in small caves in the volcano, which is a very interesting experience itself. With a small rented car (€60-70/day) easy access to virtually anywhere in the small island. The staff is fantastic, for us this was the ideal hospitality experience. We could not ask anything not solved, or delivered in minutes with honest kindness, always smiling. You have a true feeling that this team works only for you.

Nothing Absolutely great value for money

Absolutely professional & exceptional horel! From the moment you arrived costa the manager is deliver you fresh drinks and seating with and explain you all information about the island and what to do and what activities and more, so much patience and such a great service and polite and smiling, we loved it! The rooms are amazing, very big, highly celling, bed is amazing and so comfortable! Breakfast is phenomenal! U can order from the menu whatever u like, even 2 courses, and ask them to bring it you your room! U seat and eat whenever u like at the hotel amazing view areas, the pool is perfect, sunsets are amazing! And the dinner at the hotel was fantastic! I definitely recommend and we definitely will come back!

We traveled for a special ocassion and the hotel was a great choice. The staff was very profesional and made us feel special. The room was very clean and spacious and the view is simply amazing. Great breakfast. We will choose this hotel again for sure!

Perfect place to stay! It is in a much quieter area but only 6min from main town. The hotel has beautiful views and you get to see the sunset from hotel which is amazing. The staff are great and friendly. Bar and restaurant is great and good service. Highly recommend!

There was an ant trail in our room but really wasn’t a huge problem and understandable to the location, wouldn’t fault the hotel for this.

We loved this hotel, where do we start…. The staff were amazing so helpful and friendly, the customer service here was 10/10. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The facilities like the pool and hot tub were so great just what we needed. The view was incredible and everything looked just as good as the pictures. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel ! The pool was perfect and the lounges were so comfy we stayed out there for hours. The restaurant was delicious and the transfer arrived by the hotel was the best, booked semi private but it was just us both times. Staying here was so comfy and easy they really made you feel like a VIP guest from when we arrived to when we left, the manager coming out and introducing himself was a very personal touch. I would recommended to anyone and I would stay here again.
