Grey to black balls: reception-desk staff was not so amable; the girl which received us provided a wrong password to connect to the hotel wi-fi; it seemed to be bored and us were there only to disturb her; I had to go back to the reception-desk and other guy provided me the right password, which expired after few days without warning; another intervention to reception and the explanation was that this is because the software they use; no printed infos in the room regarding the table-hours for the dinning faciliteis; we tried to find these infos on the TV, which displayed a info page of the hotel, where, except some blah-blah-blah regarding the history of the hotel, some info related to the facilities and how marvelous is to be there, nothing of immediat interest like taverna's, breakfast dinning's, beach bar's locations, hours of service; the beach is supposed to be a blue flag beach, except no lifeguadrs, no buoys and a lot of stones at the bottom of the beach immediatly at the entrance to the water; there were though 2-3 corridors without stones but you had to find them; the furniture of the rooms quite old but functionable; the toilet water basin has some disfunctions (from time to time it begun to flush the water and you have to try to find a way to fix it.); oh, btw, the tap water is salty and has some sand in (every time when we wash/ shower we could find tiny particle of sand on the bottom of the sink - even in the morning).

White balls: beautiful landscape; towels changed every day; bedsheets changed every 3 days; dinner staff very amable; the patio very nice with a lot of vegetation; every 3-4 evenings concerts and dance events; the beach is clean and combed every night; the chaise-longs and the umbrellas are good; the boys which are attending the people on the beach are amable.

Rooms are small and old. Some are renovated but the ones that are not renovated are terrible.

Location is great, hotel amnesties are well organised, everything is very close and around pool and beach. A lot of free sunbeds are available on the beach and the pool and they are free of charge. Restaurant staff is great. Enough parking space.

The staff was not much prepared, and the guy at the reception (night shift) was not willing to help at all, and he was rude.

There was a funny smell from the drains at one point but I saw it was attended to.

The staff , the waiter working there was amazing and really hard working with a passion that many lack these days ( Sven , I’m sorry I don’t exactly remember his name , the older waiter) . The cleaners also did an amazing job cleaning our room daily . The pool was also maintained really good and by the beach was plenty of shade to hide while kids and my self were out of the sea . Great touch to have cupboards with games by the pool on top of the pool table . Evening entertainment was also amazing , loved the dancers and the singers . If you drive there are also other beautiful beaches 20 to 30 min with water activities if u r more adventurous and don’t like sitting in the same place too many days

Bar service was very poor. One drink to make was about 15-20 minutes. Some cam out weak and some very very strong which lacked an enjoyable taste.

For the first time after few visits at the hotel we had an issue with receptionist.Didn’t speak or understand English unfortunately we don’t speak Greek .Receptionist was very unfriendly and with short temper.Did not make any effort to help us .Thank you very much to the owner who helped us.

We have been at Porfi beach all together 5 times .Lovely garden near beach ,swimming pool very close beach no crowds.Natural shadows at the beach .

Well I would recommend to to something with the mosquitoes and the wasps - they are really a lot. :) I know it is hard, there is a great nature there but as a small recommendation.

The hotel is really good. Surrounded by nature, beach is really close and as well Nikiti is really close - just 5 min drive. Free parking and overall - easy to find space. The hotel was very clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and also dinner in the hotel was really good. Food is delicious and also different every day with plenty of choices. The beach is really close and is private one - space is well calculated with capacity of the hotel. The pool is nice as well. There is a restaurant also in the complex and the food s really great. They organize different activities every second night - Greek night, bands coming, singers coming - it is really nice. The staff is really friendly and welcoming and management is really working from morning until dark. It is really worthy the stay and I recommend the place.

Everything was just as I expected and more. Colour of the see is a litlle bit darker than at the other beaches, but it doesn’t metter that much.

The lack of variety in restaurant menu (fixed menu with no options to change that). Also, the swimming pool was pretty dirty (not the water but the facility itself), having dirt on the walls from not being cleaned for a long time. Also, there are many bees everywhere, so you must eat inside if you dan’t want to be bitten by one. My daughter was bitten while we were having dinner outside of the restaurant on one evening.

The location is very good for families with children, as there is an open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so all three meals can be covered at the location. Also, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, and beachfront with enough space for a large number of persons (hotel clients, of course). So you can spend a full day in there and not getting bored (or children).

The beach in front of the hotel is not very good, which was a big disapointment since we were with small child and didn't want to travel to other beaches.

The room was big, food was delicios. Some of the staff members were polite, while some were not. Not all of them speak English properly, so somethimes it's hard for them to understand your needs. I dit not like the dinner because they served it at least without water, everywhere I went in diner was included a drink but I was surprised there was no drink not even water I was disappointed. Other than this everything was a 9 to 10 rating perfect hotel perfect staff perfect view. Well done to all.
