nothing worth mentioning

Stayed there for two weeks during a business trip at the end of October. The place is old but perfectly comfortable and the staff is super! They did their best to meet all our needs during our stay! There are many options for breakfast and the Wi-Fi is super as the cellphone reception is pretty bad in the area. The village is very quiet so there is not much to do there. I don't know how it is in the summer there but probably a good alternative to the crowds of the main villages of the island.

There is always scope for improvement in any service, there was nothing that I did not like based on the facilities they could offer and restrictions considering the slightly remote location of the hotel.

Location, behaviour of the staff, caring attitude and politeness, shuttle bus. Cleaners are constantly doing a great job. Will visit again if possible. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, beautiful beach within 2 minutes by walk with very few people around, an excellent restaurant (although quite expensive) by the beach, great spot to see sunrise-we did this everyday.

A quiet location next to the sea. It was clean and comfortable. Lovely sunny balcony with a sea view. Staff are friendly and it is good value for money. A small harbour nearby.

In the bathroom water was clogging. Rest all was perfect

They have a bus which goes from the stay to Fira centre (where u can connect to any other locations) and best part is this is absolutely free. They have particular timings which are for free, if we need transportation for any other timings it’s 25 euros per room.

The hotel is located on the quiet side of the Island and away from the very busy City. There is a small harbor within 50m from the hotel there is a beautiful view from your outdoor balcony. There is a very nice Beach if you want to go swimming and again very little traffic. If you want to drive into the town it is less than a 10-minute drive you can also get a shuttle from the hotel.

I m an early person and first thing when i open my eyes is coffe...nut i couldm t get one before 7 a.m.🤪.but besides that great hitel ,great view and kind personal.

I liked that they offered free transport every 3 hours from and to city center and that you could buy a lot of things from the hotel at very good prices.i also liked that they ckeaned the room each day.

They don't have any 3 pin phone or gadget charging option. They should have the option for the tourist. At least they can sell the converter at the reception area. Because any tourist from UK who can a not chage their phone and camera, they can not take the memories as well at the next they. It actually kill time. So they should sell this 2pin to 3 pin converter for the electricity supply.

Its actually a value for money. Its a see side hotel. Best budget hotel i can say. They have a fre bus service from the hotel to Fira center which is nice otherwisethe taxi oe uber rate is high. Its a good initiative i must say.

The staff smokes in the hallway, and you will smell it in your Room :( absolute no go and the main reason for our rating. The doors do not shut smoothly and therefore, it will generate a lot of unnecessary noise thruout the morning.

Clean Rooms, nice little balcony, Aircon. The Breakfast was also really good.

The pool restaurant was not open in September so food options are minimal at the hotel. But Fira has many options

The staff were great, the free shuttle service into Fira town was a definite highlight as else you would need to hire a vehicle as the property is not in walking distance to any restaurants or shops. It is 3 minutes from a small boat yard and beach. The pool is a plus as that's all there is to do in the immediate area. The rooms are great, with a balcony, fridge & kettle & AC! very comfortable beds and great lighting in the room, a quiet area with 24 hour reception and taxie service

Very close to the beach. Staff very pleasant. Airport pick up & port drop was a bonus. Delicious breakfast & lovely dinner at the pool restaurant. Perfect for our overnight stay.

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond for us. Helped my partner when he had an injury. Quiet location so perfect for relaxing. 10 minute drive to the airport and to the center of Thira. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Maids cleaned daily and the room was never dirty. Salt water pool was great. Food was always tasty. Can't fault our stay and would stay again.

Just the noise at the hallway from other guests. Only one bar/resto available at the sea side.

The balcony, the view, the distance from the beach. The staff are nice and friendly. Available option if you want to have bfast, lunch or dinner. The swimming pool is clean.The free trip to and from Fira. Due to its location, there are lesser people at the beach. They can also help arrange tours or the option to book for a massage.

It's not near anything else, but you've got the beach, the pool, poolside food and a fancy beach bar. There was no shower head, only a wand.

The beds were comfortable, the A\C worked well, the pool was salty, not chlorinated, you could get food at the poolside tables. (we didn't try the many breakfast options) Staff were flexible and accommodating. There is a shuttle between Fira and the hotel.

The breakfast was very tasty. Also we had dinner there souvlaki and mousakka were amazing. It was the best dinner I had in my whole trip.Also there is a beach nearby , it’s rocky but good to just chill and relax.

The hotel was located near a beach, had a lovely pool and really good breakfast! The location is lovely if you want a quiet place to stay. The hotel offers free shuttle to Fira (7min) that is every three hours from 08:30 to 23:30, they also provide pickup (08:37-23:37). Would recommend!
