Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe enjoyed my time overall, but there are definitely a few areas where improvements could make a big difference to the experience. Firstly, I’d love to see more variety at the poolside bar—particularly in terms of food options. It’s a great spot to relax, but the menu could use a bit more diversity. It would also be wonderful to have a selection of fresh juices available. I understand these may be limited due to freshness and supply, but unfortunately, the water-flavoured juices on offer just weren’t appealing. When it comes to drinks, the wine served in the restaurants was disappointing. I honestly preferred to stick to water, which says a lot. A slightly better selection—even at a small extra cost—would be a welcome improvement. As for desserts, the ice creams in the restaurant were not quite up to par; they tasted more like artificial flavourings compared to the far superior options available at the poolside bar. It would be great to see the same quality offered across all venues. Lastly, the fruit selection could be improved. While the kiwi, bananas, and oranges were always sweet and delicious, I was surprised there were no strawberries, blueberries, or other seasonal berries available. A bit more variety here would really elevate the dining experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful setting with lots of potential, and with a few tweaks to the food and beverage offerings, it could be even better.
Some of our best memories from the trip are thanks to the incredible animation team and the French entertainment crew—they truly made us feel welcomed and included throughout our stay. Their energy, friendliness, and enthusiasm added so much to the overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of activities on offer, especially the archery, salsa dancing, and yoga sessions. Each was well-organized and a lot of fun, with something for everyone to enjoy regardless of age or skill level. The overall ambiance of the resort was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind while still having the option to stay active and engaged. A big thank you to the teams who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!.

United KingdomNo proper wifi facility... we didn't get to use the facility.
The hotel is well-equipped with children's activities with a children's park & pool with slides. If you’re traveling with kids, this is an excellent choice. The beach is a few yards away from the hotel offering stunning views and is 15 15-minute walk to the old city (unsuitable for buggy walks as its a rocky area to walk), A delicious variety of food is offered during the day at 4 different restaurants inside the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We would like to send a special thanks to the Guest Relations officer I forgot her name. She assisted us on many occasions during our stay in the hotel and was very helpful and kind. She even made arrangements to find a nanny to accommodate our twins. On the day of our checkout, we forgot our bag and she made arrangements to get it dropped at the Airport with short notice. She is one of the exceptionally helpful staff and is an asset to the Hotel management. Two ladies at the Wonderland were very helpful too as they always supported us in taking care of our kids during the stay at the wonderland. This is a wonderful area for kids to spend their days as the place is fully equipped with all types of interests. The only downfall is the internet as we cannot use it at all. Overall stay is wonderful. Highly recommend!

IrelandOur stay was exactly what we wanted and needed and we were very happy.
People say it’s not 5 star but they are not taking into account the amount of services that are on offer. Yes a room in another hotel may have more plush design but the range of activities, food choices from 8am-12am different places to eat and good quality of food for an all inclusive. Several pools entertainment sport access to sea. Etc I often don’t like the large room for buffet with noises smells but you have an outside space that you can sit out in with beautiful sea and Mountain View’s

SlovakiaThe positives definitely outweigh the negatives, but there are some things that deserve criticism. For 5 star hotel, there were too many ants wandering around our room. Also, the hole in the bathroom ceiling all the way through didn't look well. Breakfast is probably the weakest point of meals. I would welcome some choice of nice musli, not just oats or sweet breakfast cereals. The choice of vegetables for breakfast was surprisingly low. And there could be some whole-meal bread. The fruit quality was very poor; some fruits were tasteless, some were fermentish. I would definitely find a fruit provider and not buy the cheapest stuff in the supermarket for a hotel that suppose to have 5 stars. Also, too many cakes are based on the same no-taste plant-based whipped cream. A little bit of topping is not making a new kind of cake. The salty water in pools is probably environmentally-friendly and good to prevent insect problems, but the water is saltier than sea + chlorinated, which makes it feel like ypeit for eyes (not like I would have a first or even second-hand experience with the real stuff, but I imagine it like that). The beach seems to be quite small for the full season. In the middle of September, during moderately sunny day, it was not easy to find the sunbeds. There are parts of the sea in the middle of the narrow beach that are not so nice, as the sea is shallow and with plenty of vegetation. The wider beach or the edges of the narrow one are better. The animation team was a big disappointment. The entertainment, in general, was the worst point of the hotel. The animation team was the most visible during the meals in the restaurant. Evenings were boring as not much was happening. I would expect some use for the theatre that is in hotel, but I saw there only kids' disco once. The staff seemed to do a much better job with kids and maybe adults are just not the target group for the entertainment there...
The reception, cleaning, main restaurant and water delivery staff are big assets of this place. The room was big, and the beds were comfy. The pillows were higher, which I liked very much, but my girlfriend disliked it. So, it is a matter of preference. The food is nice and especially for lunch and dinner, there is always a big choice. Hot meals for lunch and dinner in the main restaurant are changing daily, so it is not getting boring. During the day, there is also the possibility of grabbing gyros, hot dog, burger, fries or pancake in pool bars. It is impossible to be hungry, as there is always some food between 7:00 and 24:00. Bars offer several soft drinks, but also beer and wine included in all-inclusive. Moreover, local drinks (meaning the cheap versions) and cocktails based on them (pina colada, tequila sunrise, ...) are available between 10:00 and 24:00 and are in all-inclusive. The place is maintained clean. After rain or wind, they immediately clean the leaves, the beach is cleaned from the "sea grass", and sometimes, we needed to protect our used cutlery in the main restaurant, because they would clean tables very quickly :)

United KingdomThe Air conditioning in our room was broke the last 3 days of our stay. We reported this several times but it was not fixed. Very disappointed that they could not provide us with fans either. They did give us a late check out as compensation which was appreciated but the heat was unbearable at times.

United KingdomThe reviews say exactly what is wrong. It not quite 5 star but definitely high end 4. The rooms are huge but very much dated. No mid depth pool and it always feels manic. Don’t expect to get served by the bar staff unless you que in the exact spot required. No cocktails at the pool bar was disappointing and no bottled water. Water is served by the glass, we thought this was less than ideal and potential worrying considering the heat.
The location is ideal, the food is tasty and plentiful. The reception staff go the extra mile to assist you and make your stay the best they can. The ice cream and crepe bar, gyros station all by the pool a real highlight.

RomaniaFood was just to salted and some of the dishes had a suspicious taste from time to time. The reusable glasses from the bar are not sanitized, just rinsed under tap water ( not drinkable tap water). We had to wash some of the clothes and they were washed all together so the whites bacame another color.
Nice sea view, next to the sea shore with private sea beds. Large swimming pool. Free pool towels that can be changed daily. Various activities for kids and adults. Multiple areas with drinks, ice cream and crepes. Short 10min walk to the nearest village if night life is a must.
