City is too loud and busy for me but that's not their fault lol.

Close to port, but only walking distance if they park on right side of port. Taxi was 25E They gave me upgraded room with bathtub and I was so excited because I haven't had a tub in a month since being in Greece, but could t use it for safety reasons they said. They gave me complimentary wile and cookies gift so it was much better than I thought it would be. Great value and breakfast was good .

The guests that had just arrived were sleeping in the foyer area 😴 some snoring their heads off. Not pleasant, while trying to eat and have a drink. Yes, we could have moved into the restaurant area, but it is a communal area, and they should have been allocated rooms if they wanted to sleep.

As previously mentioned we would have liked for the breakfast to be more varied and the bread fresher as well as the pillows to be a bit firmer but none of these things detracts from the fact that the hotel is very hospitable and clean and a great option for those that need to be in close proximity to the port (for example if you have a cruise departure and need to arrive the day before!)

We enjoyed our stay at the Savoy hotel and thought the room was very spacious and clean. We ate dinner the day we arrived at the hotel restaurant and thought the dishes were really good (we particularly enjoyed the beef gyros!). The breakfast was good and we appreciated the option to make our own fresh-pressed orange juice but we would have preferred that the continental breakfast options be more varied and the bread be fresher.

The water for the bath didn't get as hot as we like and the bathroom is a little bit tight, but neither was terrible. Everything else was great

The location was fabulous. It was an easy metro ride from the airport and a 10 minute walk to our cruise ship. A small grocery is nearby. ATM across the street. Cafes and restraunts are plentiful. Excellent breakfast with scrambled and fried eggs, ham, great cold selections fresh squeezed juice machine.

Minor points : No water in gym or towels. With the summer period a water fountain or dispenser surely is a necessity. Staff seemed stretched in bar area. No fault of there own but getting a drink outside of restaurant area was difficult. Otherwise a great stay

A/C did jot work. They said maybe the remote control batteries were dead. Either way we opened the windows and it was cool enough to be okay.

UNABLE TO HAVE HAVE BREAKFAST IN THE GROUND FLOOR DINING ROOM AS I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES AND FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO CLIMB THE STPS TO THE BREAKFAST AREA

Food option was adequate but would have liked more choice of fresh fruit AND MAYBE SOME BACON TO GO WITH THE EGGS
