The bathrooms could use an upgrade. The shower head and taps were worn out

The staff were excellent and friendly. They were so considerate towards my toddler who feel ill during out trip. The meals were so tasty and healthy. My toddler kept dancing at meal times. They staff made us feel very welcomed

Kind and warm welcoming by Areg. Excellent service. A large room with comfy beds and a big terrace. Abundant food every day. A street to the promenade. 15-20 minutes walk to Star beach. Close to KTEL bus stops to/from the airport. Happy to share screencast on Samsung smart tv in the room.

Nothing serious but at some point the restaurant gets crowded with people and some tables are hard to find. In their place I would add more tables.

Let's start with the elephant in the house... the food. It was tremendous. Not only that, but the facillity was beautifully designed. Everything from the starters to the deserts was well crafted and seriously delicious. The room we stayed in was older but really well kept and quiet. It seems like the whole hotel is being rebuilt from the inside so this paragraph will just be a statement from the past when you visit in the future. The staff are really friendly and well mannered. They always lent a hand with tips on where to go, calling a cab etc. The location is perfect, situated on the main street and close to the beaches. As a whole, the experience was quite pleasant for the money we paid.

No shower curtain/screen so it meant water went all over the bathroom floor when showering, a few inconsiderate loud guests obviously just there to abuse the all inclusive who would play their own music at the pool area and act a bit disruptive when others are trying to relax, the cocktails on all inclusive are rather disappointing really just cheap spirit and mixer

Lovely dining area which looks like it had been recently renovated and a good selection of food on offer, free car parking at the back of the hotel, room was spacious, good air conditioning, pool area was a great place to unwind/cool off

I want to praise the waitresses Dimitra and Christina for the excellent service provided during our stay. The position is perfect, in the centre of the town and also very close from some nice beaches. There are supermarkets next to the hotel. The food is extremely good. My suggestion is to travel by public transport, you can reach the hotel using the bus from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay the location is perfect right in the middle of town and the beach was 3 min walk across the road. Staff were attentive and helpful and make you feel welcome they all made our stay special, the entertainment nights were great fun.

Wifi need improvement. Bad smell from outside that could be felt in the balconies each day. Only 1 key card in the room which make the whole stay uncomfortable. Very bad plumbing in the bathroom, with bad smell, just like it is mentioned in all the reviews. Church atmosphere in the outside bar- personnel not allowed to put the music a bit louder than sleeping mode which is always on.

Great buffet for sweets! Great salad bar. Very nice food, in general. Different nights like Italian, Cretan, live music. Great personnel!

Just like other people who stayed there I can say we disliked the plumbing in the bathroom, which was not ok, making the floor being wet all the time and a bad smell also. Great balcony but the smell from I don't know what (dish washing or cooking etc) was really horrible, making it very hard to sit in the balcony in the day time for more than 1 cigarette. Claustrophobic elevators..., for sure just like other many guests we did not like them either. Lack of emergency evacuation instructions is first time I encountered in a hotel as well as floors with stairs, while you expect a straight surface on a floor. The fact that we had only 1 key room was extremely bad because it made us feel uncomfortable. Reception are 24 hours and they took any of us up any time the other one was sleeping in the room but still we felt very uncomfortable to ask it. This is a must in terms of hotel upgrade, its a basic of comfort to be able to enter your room anytime. Pool bar without a full time bar tender. Clients had to wait for the waiters, which do everything including cleaning to see them on the bar so they could have a drink. Also, the dead atmosphere of the pool bar compared with the front bar. Since all inclusive is until 23.00 and until that time even by the law its allowed to have loud music this should be the case. Clients don't come just to eat and sleep in a hotel. After dinner clients expect to have some fun if they stay in the hotel, not to stay like in a church with very low music and without atmosphere...This is something management should look into for improvement from next year (we were locals so for us is very easy to go back anytime but other people travel from other continents...they deserve more).

Room was big and cleaned daily. Food was simply amazing, indeed as described by hotel management and other guests! I expected to be good from the reviews but it exceeded my expectations! Personnel as well, one better than another! Aggelos, Viktoria, Katerina, Maria and Mr Nikos made our stay unforgettable because without them the experience would not be the same! Luigi from front bar amazing as well, although we didnt go in that bar too many nights as its a very small place and we are smokers, meaning we had to sit on the stairs of the hotel for a cigarette, which we dislike so we preferred the 'pool bar', with open area. Maria from reception was also very nice, with a nothing is too much for the client attitude. We stayed for 18 nights and we left 3 days before the hotel was going to close down. In 18 nights, although it was end of the season we had 2 nights with entertainment: one with a lovely singer and another Cretan night with dances as well. Value for money: outstanding! I would definitely return with great pleasure if any of these people will still work there.

Everything was perfect!

This is the second time we spent our wonderful vacation in your hotel. Fantastic breakfast and dinner (big thanks to the kitchen staff). Very friendly and welcoming staff, great entertainment programs, clean rooms. I highly recommend this hotel! Special warm greetings to Nikos!:-)

Very thin walls, you can hear everything Music at the restaurant terrace area too loud until midnight cannot sleep.

All inclusive cocktails were too sweet so much syrup in the mixers. What made it taste better was adding some soda water.

Amazing food, so much choice always fresh fruit and veggies. We were all very very happy with the food. Pool area is small but clean and cozy. All inclusive is amazing. One of the most friendly staff I have ever came across in the hotel. Particularly a woman named Katerina.
