Maintenance upkeep no netflix or similiar...but having said this TV was fine & also had bonus movies on certain channels

-The bathtroom is small and the window of the bathrooms are in the common lobby and every neighbor can see you in the bathroom if the window is open.

- Amability of staff - Very close to the beach (with sand) - Good breakfast (eventhough the fruits are missing) - The room is big enough - The view from balcony - The yard, the place of breakfast - Parking place - Free umbrella and sun beds.

Wifi is great on the bottom floor, on second floor it didn't work well or at all.

Costa has the greatest part of the beach reserved for his guests compared to other locations. Kitchen is very well equiped with quality equipment. Breakfast is fantastic and the patrons are very kind and hospitable.

The owner is very kind and he’s ready to help you if you need it!(He actualy helped us when we run out of batery at the car and took us to buy a new one) The breakfast was very good as well as the coffee! Its more than enough for everybody! The ladies who are helping the owner are very friendly and smily:)) For us everything was fine. We only sleep there. We spent the time on diffrent beaches every day! But, if you are looking for a place to stay and relax in one place, you have also your own sunbeds that you can use.

Studio Costa is in a peaceful location. It has its own sunbeds for each room which are locked. They are on a nice part of the beach and only on one line which is great. Porto Coufo is an incredibly calm bay, no waves, the sea is clean, warm and calm. It's great for families with children. The rooms have everything you need and are cleaned every day, they have a kitchenette and a balcony with a sea view. The breakfast is monotonous, but there is something to eat and it is good. Nikos is smiling and he is great. Price - quality is a great choice of wonderful place. I recommend! Greetings!

Location was excellent. This modest hotel is great value for money. Room had everything you needed for a beach holiday. Loved having our own room specific loungers on the beach. We had a balcony with a view of the sea and the room was cleaned daily. Enjoyed the breakfast. Free parking.

The room was very clean. The Beach is only three minutes away on foot. The owner is very kind and helpful. Each room has its own umbrella on the beach. There are enough parking spots for all the rooms.

The breakfast selection was "homey" and a lot better than we were expecting. We were very pleased and very pleasantly surprised. The location is incredible, with an amazing view of the Koufos beach.

The wi-fi, as it almost didn't work which is a problem for non- EU guests.

It is "home". The Land Lord is a nice man, Who can provide the feeling you are the family, you are welcome. 8 rooms, comfortable, on quite place. There are sunbath beds in the beach, beautiful view on the sea.

Is very clean, close to a wonderfull beach, I may say the best beach to go with the kids! The hosts are great. This place is one of the best in our top accomodations! We will surely be back next year!

This property is very well located to Porto koufo, you have your own private spot on the beach with umbrellas and beds located to your room, the rooms are good size, kitchenett fully equipped with what you may need, sea views from the balcony there is private parking, the breakfast is perfect, most products are locally sourced and homemade. Overall the stay here is 10/10, the property is 3* but the owner Nikos is worth a 5*, on hand to deal with any requests or local advise, very friendly and makes this property a very enjoyable stay.
