As a couple, we were disappointed to have two single beds rather than a double, but in all honestly, it didn’t bother us too much. We would have really liked a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc as most hotels have, considering how nice the hotel is, this would have been expected. Despite the breakfast being hearty and decent, the temperature was always on the colder side. We also decided to dine in the hotel restaurant on of the nights and the food tasted great but was honestly cold. We had a two week stay and house keeping were tidying our room almost every day, sweeping, mopping, fresh towels etc but despite making our beds which we appreciated greatly, in two weeks they never changed our sheets which we found strange. All in all, none of the above would deter me from staying here again. The goods by far outweighs to mids.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Decent breakfast every morning which I would recommend going B&B. Rooms have everything you need, large dressing table and vanity station plus ringlit bathroom mirror. The pool is just perfect and the pool bar does great food for a reasonable price. The location is great and there is a bus stop right outside to get in and out of the old town - if you also fancy a night in, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars local to the hotel just a few steps away.

The wifi did not work in our room, but worked at pool and other spots.

The hotel was in a very good area, easy to use bus to get to Rhodes center. Also was surrounded with many big markets and restaurants. Beach was close as well, but we mostly enjoyed staying at the pool. The staff was amazing and so helpful. We also stayed after check out and there is a place to take a shower and freshen up before we left for our evening flight.

We stayed the first night at another hotel next to Sunny days due to lack of available rooms, something that we couldn't understand as we had made the booking several months prior to arrival. We received an upgraded room though the next day. The cleaning service was not very good. The towel hanger was broken. The ac in our room was malfunctioning (started to run in the middle of the night making loud noise). Breakfast was good but not various so we preferred having breakfast at local bakeries most of the days.

Our room was facing out towards the pool and there was music playing around the bar past midnight even though nobody was at the bar.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. The pool was great and had lots of sunbeds besides the bar. Very convenient location as It was in the middle of the town. The room was very big and spacious and was equipped with the right essentials. We had a great view of the pool from the private veranda.

Breakfast was till 10. So one morning I arrived at 9:53 and a guy in the restaurant was so rude, he told me that I came late and I should eat in 7 minutes.. I complainted in the receiption and the staff imediatelly reacted to resolve the issue. They gave me late check out that I really appreciated it.

I was bothered by the noise coming from the neighborhood at night (I had sea view room), and the coffee in the morning was not great (tasted like an instant coffee).
