The location is perfect for dining and sightseeing in the old town. Our room had a converted ancient water cistern which served as our own private pool. All was in pristine condition and very cool. Shower and bathroom could not have been better and our bed was big and comfortable. However, the best thing was the unbelievable breakfasts. Something different everyday and always traditional. Effie even provided a packed breakfast when we had to leave early for our ferry. And she gave us a lift to the port!! We would love to return one day. Thank you Effie, Giannis and, of course, Retta. You made our time in Rhodes special and unforgettable.

Can not find any faults and I am really picky!

Absolutely spotlessly clean, very good quality mattress on the bed, I slept really well. Breakfast was delivered every morning with good quality food and lots of variety. Considering the location is right in the middle of Rhodes old town it was very quiet and peaceful. Hosts very accommodating and friendly, felt like seeing old friends by the end of the week. Pool area was lovely and secluded a real sun trap. Kitchen is well equipped and water, coffee and juice replaced each day. Loved the whole week here and can't wait to go back! Exceptional.

Beautifully designed suite in the heart of the medieval town of Rhodes. Very clean and comfortable. Fabulous decor, toiletries, robe, slippers and bottles water supplied each day. We were very well looked after by Effie and Giannis and Aretta . 10/10 and highly recommended

Situated in the Old Town which was perfect for visiting all the sights. Easy walk to the beach and marina. Utopia was beautifully presented with everything you could want and more. Very comfortable and very clean. The suite was fully serviced to a very high standard. We both enjoyed our stay, thank you to Effie and her team for looking after us, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Don’t believe in google map to drive into the old town via Gate Athanasios. Mission impossible.

Very nice room clean and well decorated. The hostess was very attentive and nice. She served us sumptuous breakfast every morning and provided good advice in how to drive into the old town.

It is harder to get repairman for heater during the Christmas holiday, which is totally understandable. The owner offers us an alternative to shower in another close by apartment (2 meters away).

The owners are super friendly and helpful! They prepared great breakfast, sent to our room, with different food everyday. The room looks exactly like the photo. They even helped us to find a local car rental on the day of Christmas Eve. It saved our trip! Love to come again to see the island in the high season.

These are beautiful modern apartments built into old stone walls in the stunning old town of Rhodes. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Their location is so quiet but only 3 minutes walk from old town centre and the clock tower. Effie and Giannis are the sweetest hosts. They check in every morning by whatsapp in case you need anything and their advice about where to visit and where to eat is invaluable. Evita cooks delicious fresh breakfast every morning and it is delivered to your room at a time that you decide. I love this place ❤️

A little bit loud at night due to the location but earplugs provided. When windows are closed it keeps out a lot of noise.

We liked everything about Utopia. The suites were superb, the location was fantastic and Effie and Giannis could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was always available at the time requested. So many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk - fantastic. Even when we had a few issues with changing flights and arrival times it wasn't a problem to Effie and Giannis.

Would have liked the addition of dressing gowns to go with the slippers. Everything else represented great value for money.

You should expect a little noise from nearby live music venues but it is not intrusive. The staff could not have been more helpful. Particularly liked the fresh coffee machine in the apartment,

Our hosts, Effie and Yannis were exceptional. They went the extra mile (kilometre) at every stage to make our stay truly remarkable. One particular highlight was the hand delivered breakfasts. Different every day and delightful. The location of Utopia Suites is fantastic. Proximity to the buzz and life of old Rhodes town makes it the perfect location. Being in the hub of old town means you can hear the nightlife around you, but it didn’t disturb us at all. Truly a magnificent stay.

We love everything about this accomodation, it was perfectly situated and the facilities were exactly what we’d hoped for. Loud music from nearby clubs until very late, but it is not the fault of the property.

Hosts were amazingly kind and helpful, very nice people who make sure you enjoy every aspect of your stay. We’ll definitely return. Loved the central location, the coffee selection and the cold water in the room.
