This is very petty as I would have enjoyed a larger window in the upstairs loft bedroom. Totally a minor, minor thing.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good and you could use the beach and the pool (which was spotless). It was a family business that treated us very well and I would definitely return there in the future.

The mattress could have been a little deeper.

They hotel was in an excellent location, incredibly close to the beach. Our room was so pretty, and the beds were pretty comfy. All the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting santorini.

I liked it very much, everything was perfect. The hotel is located by the beach with a good breakfast, close to restaurants and mini markets. The staff was always very helpful with us. The room was very clean we all we needed to spend a good time on the beach. We rented a car and got the transport to the airport through them. I will recommend this hotel for a nice and quiet stay in Perivolos Santorini.

Struggled to get WiFi in our room.

Beautiful villa, an excellent family run business. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time, breakfast was lovely and plentiful, bar well stock and reasonably priced, always clean and tidy. The beach is very close and easily accessible (we watched the sunrise on the first morning) with lots of bar and restaurants. They helped us book a day excursion on a boat and the taxi company they recommended was prompt and efficient and easily booked throughout our stay vis WhatsApp.

The people who run this hotel are so lovely and friendly. The room was fantastic! So clean, the bed is really really comfy, great shower, the air con and Wi-Fi are very good. Fantastic facilities. The pool area and the pool itself is so clean and great for sunbathing and relaxing. The poolside bar serving drinks and food, the food was lovely and the prices for both drinks and food are excellent - the best in Santorini! The breakfast, which was included, was so nice, lots of variety and tasted great. Brilliant location for the beach, shops, restaurants and only 10 minutes away from the bus stop.

People, Giannis and family, location, room, swimming pool and the very good breakfast, everything was so good and tasteful! And the best thing is to rent a car with Hariz rental , Haralabos is the most kind person ever!! He was so kind, funny and helpful! You have to rent a car at Santorini and should be with Haralabos!!

The breakfast juices from the dispenser aren't great - and taste more like sugary squash. The ceiling above the double bed is arched, so average to tall people would have to bend their heads as they walk in and out of the sleeping area.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Eleftheria. The villa was 2-storey, with the bathroom, kitchenette, veranda, additional single bed, desk, chair, and mirror downstairs and double bed upstairs. The bathroom has a hairdryer and basics (vanity kit, toothbrush, shower gel, toilet paper). The kitchen has cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery, with an electric stove. They also kindly provided a bottle of rose that I didn't use, and a bottle of water in the fridge. Housekeeping came by every day to clean and sort the place out. The pool is nicely sized for the number of guests, and gets plenty of sun from mid-morning till late evening. It gets cleaned every morning, as does the entire outside area. The bar was open from midday till late evening too. The variety at breakfast is more than ample - a mix of hot and cold buffet, a mix of Continental, Mediterranean and English staples (vegans would struggle, but vegetarian options were plenty). And very decent freshly brewed filter coffee. The location is also near perfect - excellent restaurants and diverse bars are 1 min away, beach is 2min away, supermarket is 5min away. In less than 30min you can walk up the coast to the famous Perissa Beach (though it didn't look that different from Perivolos which also has black sand). Of course if you want to go to Oia or Fira etc, you'd need a car or should book a tour (which the hosts can arrange for you) as those are a good 30min drive from this area. Pro-tip: they offer an airport pick-up service for €35, which I should have taken, because cab from airport stand cost me €45. The drop-off costs €35 too. The host family were all very nice, hospitable and they live onsite. As I was checking out, without me asking Giannis even checked if he could extend my stay free of charge (he couldn't - they had another booking), but they offer towels and a place to shower for guests who have checked out but have later flights and want to continue to use nearby beach.

Beautiful Property. Just up from Beach and all the Restaurants. Family run. Staff were all brilliant and very helpful with tours etc. Staff there all the time to look after everyone. Would definitly recommend to others. 10 out of 10.
