Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyOur stay at Apartments Rafaj was simply fantastic and made our honeymoon an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted with the warm welcome and attentive service provided by the hosts. The apartments are beautifully designed, furnished with modern amenities, and offer every comfort one could wish for. The cleanliness and care of the premises were exemplary, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere that made our honeymoon feel extra special. The location is unbeatable - just a short drive away from the charming Old Town of Pula, yet situated in a peaceful setting close to the local beach. We enjoyed the beach as well as leisurely strolls through the historic streets of Pula followed by dinners in the nearby restaurants recommend by the lovely hosts. The hosts, the Rafaj family, were incredibly gracious and treated us with genuine care and kindness. Whenever we saw each other they gave us great recommendations or offered us some delicious self made snacks. Our honeymoon at Apartments Rafaj in Pula was beyond our expectations, and we cannot recommend it enough. We are looking forward to come back very soon!

A great location, in a beautiful suburb of Pula. Apartment was very clean, with lots of space for a family of four and excellent facilities. The pool was fantastic and so clean. The owners Ivan and Rada were incredibly kind and welcoming to us, making sure we had everything we needed, and adding little extras such as coffee and pancakes. It was lovely to meet them and experience their hospitality.

CyprusThe location is 10/10 - right in the heart of Pula. The hosts where so kind from the very beginning. Thank you guys for waiting for us to arrive at 2am since we had that huge flight delay! During our stay, they surprised us with homemade Croatian pancakes on one day and with a charcuterie platter on the next day! We felt like home since we arrived there. The apartments were very clean and tidy with a lot of storage space to hang our clothes. The parking is also a major plus. Highly recommended accommodation when in Pula! Thank you so much for having us all the way from Cyprus!

Verry nice/helpfull hosts. The appartement has everything one needs. As shown on the pictures. Small, refreshing pool. Bakkery, supermarket and beaches a minutes walk away from the appartment.
