I stayed in the Janis room, and what an amazing job done to decorate it. Everything was clean, and it had all that I could need. The owner is kind and had good communication when checking-in and out. I really didn't mind being up on the hill, but if you are not in decent shape, then this might not be the place for you unless you hire a ride. The courtyard/view is awesome, but sadly my stay was so short that I didn't get to utilize it by chilling outside.

The location is great for views but it means you need to go up roughly 105 m every time you get to the old town. With the buses not working on public holidays and weekends it was quite an effort to commute. The apartment was clean but the floor seemed to be freshly washed where some water was still present around the sofa region. It didn't dry even when we were leaving the place, which made us wonder if it was some kind of leak. Payment was possible only in cash, but this is indeed mentioned in the description.

The host is a very nice person and they welcomed us on the checkin day. We had a short stay of 2 days. The apartment is exactly as it is described in the advertisement including photos and description. The room is equipped with all the amenities required.

The yard was a total mess, the owner was like an old hippy artist but you shouldn't hang old flatscreens on the wall in the garden but it was more looking like he collected a lot of mess, had some possible art projects running, art things with broken beer bottles in the garden, the garden its totally not like the pictures mentioned. The bathroom was not clean at al, the toilet was loose and the shower curtain was moldy. There was an smell from the kitchen cabinets. Overall it was a real nice guy, the location was great, but if you are just fair, it was and selfmade appartment, with some deferred maintenance.

The owner of the appartement was really a nice guy, an old musician/music lover you could really tell.

The property needs some TLC, it could be in better condition. Some furniture is broken, bathroom tiles are cracked, shower cabins feel like falling apart. One room smelled of smoke. Electricity sockets feel like falling out. We personally didn’t have anything against music being played loud, or host’s son learning to play drums - but would be nice if it wasn’t during the ‘quiet time’ after 10pm.

Location is great, rooms are spatious with separate bathrooms. There is a washing machine to use. Very nice terrace with an amazing view. Especially enjoyed rock theme. A cozy living room with a big couch and smart TV

There were quite a few people around in other apartments and it was quite noisy. Shower was pretty small for me, but it worked fine.

It was just a 15 minute walk down to the old Town so good location. I was alone so it was a pretty big space for me, good sized apartment. The owner had good communication all during my night arrival and I got the keys quickly. He showed me around and explained everything.

The parking spot not directly by the apartment so getting there was a bit confusing. We would have preferred if the host had given us the adress of the parking directly, to simplify the arrival.

The kitchen stuff was not very clean, but there was a washing liquid and a new sponge so we could wash it ourselves. You can't get right to the door by your car (but it's common Dubrovnik's reality).

Wifi signal was very weak and unless you went out of the room you would not get any service. I ended up using most of my phone cell data at night from bed. I was expecting a view but there was none, so it felt dark and disappointing. You had to get out of the apartment to a hallway to get a view and some light. Sheets and pillows were very uncomfortable. There was no sound proofing, so I could hear noise from immediately above. The host only took cash which is quite inconvenient. There was motion-triggered light which was switched on and off throughout the night, making sleeping in total darkness impossible. The price is too high for what you get.

Very friendly host who provided detergent and sugar on request and explanations about Dubrovnik. Apartment is spacious enough and has a washing machine and a small kitchenette. There were two super cute tortoises on the premises. If you are into rock and roll, you'll approve the decorations. Flat is a 10 minute, steep walk down to the old town and a block away from the start of the hiking trail that takes you to the top of the cable car.

I had an amazing stay at this rock and roll-themed apartment! The theme is so fun and unique—it really adds a cool vibe to the whole experience. The apartment itself was spotless, filled with natural sunlight, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location and the host are perfect—just a short walk to the old town, making it super convenient for exploring. I couldn't have asked for a better place! Highly recommend!

We probably booked a wrong apartment nevertheless it was nothing as in the pictures would suggest. Most important feature - terrace was missing. We were suggested to use the ”shared” one. There was only 2 chairs and the host was using them all night. He even suggested that we ajoiksi use another guest’s private space where they had their stuff like laundry etc during the time they left for dinner! Unbelievable. I would not appreciate someone unknown to be in my private space with my belongings. Summarized - we were very dissapointed.
