Great stay for a few days, large carpark was ideal, 2 fantastic pools, pleanty of sunbeds, bars were always manned and quickly served, location to beach was perfect, breakfast was outstanding, so much to choose from,

Security could be better, nobody locked the back door during the night, anybody could enter the hotel. Also staff is not keeping eye on tourists who throw their towels for weeks on sunbeds and never removed them. We were forced to remove towels ourselves to get to lie somewhere, but it should not be our job to do it. Other hotels have staff who takes care about this. When it comes to Spa staff, felt little bit like they looked down on you for some reasons. Massages were average.

The hotel doesn’t have his own beach. In front theres ia public walking street and then public beach, where’s hard to find a free spot.

Area has great sunbathing spaces around the hotel beside and far from the pools and beach bar.

Less loud children would be much better, and more parents who take care of their children would have been even more better. For that reason, the swimming pool is not to be used at all, unless you want to spend your holiday listening to the screaming children from early morning, until the evening. The balcony would be much more useful it if would be covered.

The breakfast offer is extraordinary and even if you stay in the hotel for a couple of weeks, you will not always have to eat the same. Everything was very tasty and very clean and tidy. The parking space is large, although there are a lot of people who seem to have a problem to walk one minute from the parking space, to the hotel entrance, so they like to park the car on the roads inside the parking space, which makes everything narrow for anyone with a larger car.

Generally buffets are not so hygienic because people touch everything (even not on purpose) - even though it was nice that there is a gluten free corner, I feel like there was some contamination as items were placed right next to the bread and crumbs. Might be worth to make it an off-limits corner in the future.

No real issues noted. We prefer harder beds, but it might be matter.of personal preference... Bathroom without sound-proof doors, so don't be surprised...:-)

Location-location-location! Excellently located, sufficiently big -- hence not overcrowded (breakfast is the only exemption) - and well equipped, nicely decorated hotel. Directly at the seaside with lot of summer-related amenities, at geographically one of the most beautiful parts of Istria. We will definitely come again!

Its kind of sad that you pay a pretty penny to stay in the hotel and yet you don’t even have free water. For dinner, you have to pay for drinks, 0,75dcl of water is 4 euros which is, in my opinion, insane.

One thing we noticed is that EV charging access could be improved. During our stay, the EV charging station was occupied by a car for two days (and its battery was probably full in a couple of hours). To prevent this, perhaps a system to track which room is using the station would be helpful. This could be done by linking the charging station to the room key or through another tracking method.

Breakfast and dinner were good, the wellness area was great and not crowded (less than 5 people in each time when I went). Free bike storage is really handy. The beach is next to the hotel.

Location of the hotel is just perfect- by the beach, the center is close, surrounded by a lot of beautiful restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling, very kind and professional. The room was clean and cozy, garden view - amazing. Gym very nicely equipped, the breakfast was just awesome! Everyone would choose something there since it was really varied. The pool area had o a lot of sun beds so there was no fighting for it 😄 everything was just exceptional! Would definitely come back!
