The breakfast was quite basic and disappointing for a 4 Star hotel. At times it was a bit disorganised. Had to wait for bread one morning.

We booked this last minute as our ferry to Korcula was cancelled so we drove up the coast. We initially planned to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying for 6. We were in room 310. Sea view to die for, especially with the Croatian sunsets. Apartment is large and very clean.

Unfortunately our bathroom smelt terrible. I am not sure if it was a sewage problem or not. Also when you have a shower the water spills all over the bathroom floor.

Location was awesome and loved having everything we needed for a family of 4.

Stayed in better accommodation for lower rates but the location on the beach probably makes up for that. The restaurant area needs an upgrade, very tired and unfortunately allows indoor smoking

Excellent location with parking , nice and clean property, great breakfast. Most of all, superb customer service. Amazing staff, attentive, friendly and always at our service. Special Kuddos to front desk staff, especially Lucija, housekeeping Mirela and breakfast Marica. We come to Makarska almost every year, first time staying at this hotel and we’re very impressed with friendly service.We can’t wait to come back.

We had a free, relaxing evening, and we wanted to watch TV. The set was unable to connect to the local wifi network and the TV menu had been set to Ukrainian language. Annoying little thing.

The hotel is in a very good location, the apartment directly overlooked the sea. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen. Friendly, always smiling, helpful young staff who speak perfect English.

No bottles of water left in the room.

Very good location right next to the beach and the promenade, with all the restaurants and bars. Big rooms. Balcony overlooking the sea. Excellent sound proofing of the balcony door and window. It was really busy outside, all day, but closing the door kept out almost all of the noise. Very helpful, multilingual staff. Parking was arranged for us. Beach mats and towels provided.

The beach in front of the hotel is very crowded, but if you go 300 meters to the left, the beach is wider and less crowded. During the night, the room with the sea view is a little bit noisy (I'm talking about the rooms from the 1st and 2nd floor), because of the bars on the pedestrian street which are closing very late in the night (3-4 AM). But if you have a deep sleep, this shouldn't be a problem. Also you have to slam the door of the room to close it and if you get up early, this can be unpleasant for those who are still sleeping in the room. Also the water was leaking from the shower and the bathroom had water on the floor. Problem was solved with some extra towel put near the glass wall of the shower, to absorb the water.

You have only to cross the pedestrian street in front of the hotel and you are at the beach (10-15 meters). The room with the sea view is big enough for 3 persons. The breakfast is good. The hotel staff is very nice and willing to help. We had a problem with the AC unit in our room, they changed us the room and since we had booked 13 nights, they gave us for this inconvenience free parking and a dinner from the house. In front of the hotel there is also a floating aqua park. Another 2 floating aqua parks are in the proximity (200-300 meters).
