Expected a bit more of food options and quality but it was fine. Couldn't adjust climate or ventilation in my room so it was a bit too hot (all connected to the same system so can't individually turn it off)

We had half board and the food was not of an excessively high standard, especially dinner could be improved. The entire hotel needs a refresh.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who upgrade our room. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel has great saunas which are very relaxing and beautifully decorated.

The floor in the room was cold and no hotel slippers were provided, so I had to use my own. The dinner was sometimes good and sometimes not so much.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Also there is a beach 3 min walk from The hotel and lots of sunbeds an available and also lots of parking available. It’s a beautiful short walk to the city of Rabac along the coastline.

Slippery tiles around the pool and outdoor hotel areas - saw multiple people slip - big accident potential, especially with smaller kids. TV screen size quite small. Furniture dated and somewhat unmaintained (loose hinge) Long waiting times for elevator around dinner/breakfast time - saw multiple people argue to get the luggage in. Difficult to find parking since it's shared with the camp - had to park quite far from the entrance to hotel, would be nice to have a few baggage drop/pickup spots in front of hotel with better possibility to U-turn. Pedestrians, e-scooters and cars competing for road surface on the strip between Hedera and Mimosa enterance. Expensive prices of pretty much everything in small hotel market probably due to absence of competition. Beer is still expensive but cheap compared to other stuff.

2 small elevators and the capacity of the hotel is large ... so people were really nervous while waiting for the elevator ..they waited elevator for more than 15 minutes

Super friendly staff! From the reception, to the buffet, waiters. Massage in the spa is a must! Even though the hotel was fully booked, it was not crowded during breakfast nor dinner. And it was surprisingly not crowded at any of the pools the hotel has. Big comfy rooms and beds! Very clean pools, spa, rooms and the hotel in general

Unfortunately, the hotel which has 7 floors, has only two small elevators. This means a lots of waiting as it gets crowdy, especially around breakfast/dinner, people coming from the beach, coming/leaving with the luggage...

We were pleased to see that resort is well adjusted to kids - pool, playground, mini golf, mini disco - a lot of activities. Hotel is near the beach, there are sunbeds that are free and there are also the ones to pay. Food was good, stuff friendly. We felt welcomed.

You need to fight for a place in the shade on the beach - hotel have a reserved place there next to the sea, but everything is “reserved” by towels before 8 o’clock - the guests (oldies) are really mean when to try to get a place under the tree - usually also the employers from hotel join them to yell on you - espacialy if you are younger (under 40) with a small child - defenitly not coming back, not because of hotel but because of mean guests which are massive coming with agencies

One or two lugage holders would have been useful in our room. The breakfast/dinner room is too big. It is full with people and it is very loud!!! The tables are also too close to each other, so there is not much privacy there. The elavetors are small and usually busy so it is quicker to use the stairway instead, even from the 4th floor....

Excellent location. The long and rocky beach is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The hotel itself is rather older , but the room was recently renovated.

Room smelled like smoke. minimal facilities in rooms. A kettle, wine glasses ect would be great. Shower leaked. Food was good and a nice inclusion. Beach was spectacular 👌

Unfortunately, there were just two elevators for the whole Hedera hotel. Each held a maximum of 3-4 people. We were constantly waiting for a free one, especially at the time of breakfast or dinner. We also did not have any privacy on the balcony at all. Between the balconies there was a low fence and we could see a whole row of neighbours, including other people that were at different floors than us. It was a bit too open for our taste. Other than that, everything was great.

Staff was really helpful, friendly and professional. The main bar was pleasantly eventful in evening hours. Great music, even better table service with a selection of well prepared drinks.

The bed is not the most comfortable, the room looks like it was renovated in 3 different styles. The pool looks unhygienic, the indoor pool has sea water and was to cold to enjoy (in November). The spa was ok but the Turkish sauna did not work and the water smelled bad.

The corridor leading to the room is a little outdated so maybe a little update on this part, but other that that nothing negative to say really.

The staff was awesome. Everyone is friendly and went above and beyond to meet every our request. Food in the hotel is great. Buffet is full all the time and the staff in the restaurant is really outstanding. There is a tip box so make sure you live a tip because they deserve it :) Also shout out to the staff at the American bar! They are all awesome! Our room was great, large, with balcony overlooking the hotel pools and the beach. Amazing! We will definitely return!

The 2 elevators are the only weak point there. It is simply not enough especially when check outs are in the morning and so are morning breakfasts aswell. Luckily you can use stairs to go up to 7th floor f.e. so you can do something for your health :)

Hotel Hedera is in great lokality. Not much crowded there. Receptionist and staff very friendly and talkative. Food was very good, sef-service to take what you like. Although there were many types of food, some were repeated daily and some changed. I see that okay, we always found what we wanted to eat. Room was cleaned and pre-cooled with AC upon arrival. New towels and room was cleaned every day morning Staying was not boring, many things to do inside hotel and outside as well, for example boat excursions. Prices were fair, worth it. Thumbs up, we are likely to come back.
