On check out day, security would not let car out without presenting paid invoice. Not something dramatic, but leaving some negative impression especially if stay was paid on check-in. Crowded pool.

Clean and warm sea. Huge camping with good facilities: bars, cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and shops, variety of sport and water activities, laundry, doctor. Car can be parked outside the house. Big terrace. No insects. Promenade.

I liked everything. It was nice and quiet. We had a beutiful, almost new mobile home. Maybe i would prefer to be a little closer to sea. Towels are a bit expensive, so it is better to take your own.

I liked mobilehome. Everything was almost new and very clean. Camp is huge (i think i wasn't in any camp of this size yet), but it is very tidy and quiet. Everything is nice. They have bakery and restauratnts too.

Noisy neigbours .... They woke up at 6 am aand they were shouting all day. We were not lucky with our neighbours but this was not the fault of Park Riviera

Beach is with rocks. However I knew it before. It was not a surprise. More litter bin at beach could help and more showers.

We announced that we would arrive earlier (at 1 p.m.) and ask if we can make "early check in" because their check-in time is at 4 p.m. They answered yes if the house is free. So when we arrived I send them a message that we are at the destination and no one responded and despite the fact that they had agreed that as long as the house was ready we could move in, we had to wait until 4 p.m. The house was free because we already got a number at the main reception and went to look at it.

It's near the sea, the Camp is clean and big with a lot of green (grass, trees,...). Mobile house is nice, big, and clean. It offers a lot. When you sit on the terrace you can see a little bit of the sea. And most important thing - dog friendly house. I recommend this accommodation to everyone with dogs.

The mobile home was located on the edge of the campsite. The beach section was not built yet. Neither an expiring nor a party shower. It took 10-15 minutes to walk to the organized beach.

Sea View. The beach is close. Quiet, clean, huge campsite. Motorboat, pedalo, yetski rental, large children's bouncy castle, many sports opportunities. 1 large swimming pool and 1 smaller aqua park.

.Houses are next to each other. If you are unlucky and have noisy neighbours who are having party every night... Don't expect relaxing holiday.

The camp is extrimally crowded. The mobile homes stay very close one to each other. The beach is too rocky, the access to the sea is problematic, especially for older people.

We booked a mobile home from Park Riviera with partial seaview. We know that this expression is widely used and we lowered our expectations. The picture that is used on ALL websites from the exact mobile home is a joke. There are most probably no mobile homes that has that view on the Park Umag camp site. So, please be aware that partial seaview means that you will need to stand on a chair and look in a certain direction to catch a glimpse of the sea. We had the front row mobile home! But there were 20 glamping tents between us and the sea!

The camp site is really large and has all the facilities that you can think of. We enjoyed walking along the beach. It is a 2 km stretch from one end to the other.

There was no warm water when we arrived, so we had icy showers until it was fixed in the morning. It happens, however, there was no real apology. We had to pay £50 eur for cleaning but the outside table was filthy and looked dusty inside. It also said beachfront, but you could only see the mobile home in front, with no seaside in sight :). The sea was 10 min walk away.

The campsite is beautiful, with a stunning promenade, and the best beach bar. The mobile home is spacious with two bathrooms. The bed is comfortable and everything is very new. Outside is a bit clinical, with no flowers, or anything nice to look at, just the front of another mobile home.

the Dishwasher dont work , the Shower was broken , hot water after 2nd wash was out . House ist for 6 people but have only 1 bathroom . Rest fine !

The listing was very misleading - I booked a mobile home for 6 people and the price on booking.com was 240 euro. We ended up paying 375 euro for 4 people and more for the two people that joined us after a day. On top of the accomodation itself we had to pay for towels ($7 per person) and linen ($7 per person) as well as cleaning ($45) - I've never had to pay for any of that separately before. There was also additional tax of 19,20 eu. Initially 4 of us (plus a baby) checked in and when my parents arrived the following day, we had to pay extra for them, despite paying for 6 people already. Additionally we were ensured our linen and towels will be changed daily, which didn't happen. If I knew the total cost, we would have gotten a proper apartment in the centre of Novi Grad for less money. Beware of fine print and additional charges. The mobile homes are very tiny, with thin walls so staying with multiple people can be a challenge. In the mobile home for 6 people we struggled to all sit comfortably around the dining table and we're all quite short. The power current was not strong so it took a long time for devices to charge. To be completely honest, I would invest your money into something more proper and transparent - unless you're happy with the lowest standard of accomodation, great for students perhaps.

We liked the location of this place, a short drive from Umag and Novi Grad Centre. It's a short walk from the beach and has a lot of utilities that guests can use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we needed.

Its in operation by a private party and not the campsite, meaning we had to make arrangements and wait to get checked in. There were also numerous surcharges for things like sheets, parking, cleaning, etc.

The mobile house is big, fairly new, and has all the amenities (tv, wifi, full kitchen). Its also position fairly well inside the campsite.

There is no sea view from mobile homes. The photos are misleading, as new glamping tents exist between mobile homes and the sea. We came for the view, and we were very disappointed. This seems to be the intention, and the photos are probably old. We reported to the agency our disappointment when we saw the mobile home, but they could not provide a fix. After walking around, I realized why; there is no mobile home with an advertised view in the pictures.

The camp itself is great place for families.

Mobile home was not clean as expected. Market store is opened between 08:00 and 15:00 and arrival is expected after 16:00 - not logical. 1 shower did not work - no water (not really a problem for 2 persons, but shows that mobile house was not really checked before renting.

It was very easy to register and find mobile house. Camping site leves a lot of open space and you don`t fell crowded.

The location is not as good as advertised, the photos do not show the reality.

It was clean and tidy. I like that there was all the cutlery, knives, dishes etc.
