All was good.

The contact person was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious and cosy for family with one child. The yard was nice. Everything was clean and all the basic equipment and accessories were available. There was a short walk to the beach and to the old town. There were a couple of good restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

We loved it all

We have stayed at many short term rental apartments and this was one of our best experiences. Darija has thought of everything - the apartment is really well equipped, had everything you might need and provided a lot of the basics that most rentals would annoyingly have you procure by yourself. It is clean and comfortable and the location is great - just outside the noise and party crowds but super close to everything. It also comes with a parking space. The host is lovely and super helpful.

Everything about this property was exceptional. The photos don’t do it justice, it was spotless & there were lots of thoughtful touches that meant we lacked for nothing. Darija the host went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met with excellent communication every step of the way. Run don’t walk to book this property for your next vacation, you will not need disappointed!

Parking was tight-a smaller car is the best option (our car rental company didn't have any). Darija helped by asking the renter in the next apartment to pull in to their space a little better.

Everything! Darija was an excellent host, friendly, informative and was there to greet us. She even gave us a little sachet of Lavender and a magnet when we were leaving-a very nice touch!! The apartment was spotless and well equipped.

Nothing, everything was great!

We had an amazing stay at this property, Darija was an amazing host who meet us on check in, she went through the property to explain how everything worked, she gave us recommendations and helped us get tickets for attractions. The apartment was very clean with everything you could need and more! It was in a great location, only a minute walk to the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Would highly recommend this property, it was a great stay and would love to stay here again.

Nothing!

Everything we needed for a family of 4 with 2 children was available. The apartment was clean and well equipped for us to dine in for a couple of nights, wash and hang our clothes and there were even umbrellas for the one day where it rained all day. The location is a short walk away from the town and beach. There is a bakery within 1 minute walk and the local supermarket was 5-7mins walk to pick up supplies. The host Darija was wonderful. She booked our airport transfer and met us at the apartment and gave us details to get around. She even left some goodies which was a nice touch and was always just a text away whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Split.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and equipped with all the appliances required for a comfortable stay. Absolutely loved the terrace, opening into a well maintained garden.

We honestly could not find a single flaw and my husband is extremely picky and a stickler for detail! It was one of our best stays ever.

I truly believe you cannot find a better place to stay than here at Momentum. Darija is an exceptional host. The apartment was extremely secure—gated and 2 locked doors before entry, there’s parking (which is like a miracle in Split) and it was immaculately maintained. Every detail is seen to here I have stated in some very nice rentals such as this but none have ever been close to matching the level of detail, comfort and convenience offered here. The patio is a dream, lots of space, plenty of linens, towels, and having a washing machine was a must for us traveling with small children ages 4 & 6. The location is superb—easy walking distance to old town, restaurants, shopping, the beach and the port with the kids. We took the ferry from Split and it was incredibly convenient and easy. I recommend purchasing ferry tickets online though—easier than in person. We took car ferry which was very easy and comfortable. Do not miss Marjan Park and Klis Fortress!!

Ideal location in-between town and beaches. Perfect accomodation for babies as travel cots were provided and the apartment is very accessible with a pram. We were traveling with our 9 month old twins. Host was friendly and extremely helpful.

Great location ! Walk to beach is 5 minutes, walk to old town and waterfront is 10 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries/coffee shops and grocery store all very close. Kitchen has everything needed !

I can’t fault anything.

The apartment was spotless, extremely well equipped, beautifully organised, comfortable, quiet and well located. Darija is a wonderful host, very welcoming and she gave us every information we needed and more at check in, even booked the taxi for us from the airport and made sure we got in the taxi ok when we checked out. We were absolutely amazed with everything she provided in the apartment - we have been to many places before, but Momentum apartment was the best by far. The apartment has everything that one could possibly need.

Nothing really. It was hot (july) so no air con in bedroom was hot, but there was a fan for this room which did help, and an aircon in sitting room was great.

Wonderful hospitality from Darija. Lots of extra touches and fruit and wine really made us feel at home. The apartment is literally 3 minutes to the beach and 10 to the Old Town, so wonderful location.

The host was incredibly kind, leaving snacks and drinks for us.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but the hot water did run out if everyone needed a shower at the same time and we had internet outages which Darija jumped to fix and did everything she could.

Location in short walking distance to beach and old town. Nice alfresco and garden to use. Darija was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
