There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast room, and they had a lot of guests travelling by tours, which made the breakfast an unpleasant experience. We had also requested a room far from the elevator, but our request was ignored, although we had made the booking 8 months in advance!

Room was spacious and clean. The beds were also comfy.

There was nothing to dislike!

Fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly. Rooms were modern and very clean - as was the entire hotel. The restaurant was exceptional - really excellent food, quality of service, and value for money.

While we loved our stay, a few minor improvements could enhance the experience further. It would be great to see more variety in the breakfast menu. Additionally, adding a treadmill to the gym could make it more appealing to fitness enthusiasts ;)

Our recent stay at Hotel Princess in Jastrebarsko, exceeded our expectations for a four-star hotel. From its convenient location to its exceptional amenities, our family’s experience was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is perfectly situated on the edge of Jastrebarsko town, just a short drive from the highway. It took us about 25-30 mins to reach Zagreb by car, and around 40-45 minutes to Zagreb Airport. The town of Jastrebarsko was only a 4-5 mins drive away. The hotel itself is large and inviting, with a welcoming lobby featuring a 24-hour reception desk and a cozy bar that stays open until late. While the restaurant only serves breakfast, a small dining area by the lobby offers lunch and dinner options in a pleasant setting. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite, which was spacious. The suite faced the front parking area and featured a large bed and a sofa bed, and included separate large LED televisions for the lounge and sleeping areas. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, from the spotless carpet to the pristine bathroom. The suite also included a small kitchenette with induction stovetops, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. While there were no pots, pans, or a microwave, I am confident the helpful staff could have provided these upon request. The minibar was stocked drinks and snacks. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel. Laundry services were offered at a nominal charge. Breakfast was served buffet-style from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and featured a good variety of options, although the selection remained the same each day. The hotel thoughtfully labeled all items, including vegan, vegetarian, and halal options. Room service was available for a small extra charge. The hotel has an impressive wellness area including a decent pool, a hot tub/jacuzzi , and four different types of saunas, free for all guests. The pool isn’t very deep, making it safe for kids. The parking lot includes 12 Tesla Superchargers and few standard EV stations.

Our stay at Hotel Princess was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The accommodation was very comfortable, with spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The entire hotel, including the wellness area, was spotless and well-maintained. The food was diverse, fresh, and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the rich breakfast selection. All services were perfectly organized, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The only minor drawback might be the location, but the proximity of the highway makes the capital city easily accessible. Hotel Princess is definitely a great choice for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend it and would gladly return on another occasion!

The experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations - the staff was more than pleasant, the room was spacious and pristine, and the food at their restaurant was simply divine. The breakfast was excellent too, with local foods and vegetarian options. The spa was great in itself; however, it's a bit small for the size of the hotel. But all in all, it's a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

I was traveling and needed a stop to rest. It was the best choice I could do. Very beautiful hotel, the location very good, very big parking. The room was amazing, the use of the spa was free which was really good. The breakfast area was amazing with a big variety of food and of good quality. Good wifi and internet speed. I would come back again for sure!
