The staff at the Sheraton are outstanding, they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning and in a great location, away from busier areas but still with plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach front and only.a short taxi ride to old town. The rooms are great and the beds are the comfiest we've experienced in any hotel.

NetherlandsWiFi and TV is kind of slow, but useable. Automatic Coffee machine at restaurant is quite old already. There is quite some sugar added to cappuccino and I did not find option to deselect sugar. Espresso machine in the room is much better.
All what I expect from 5 star hotel is here. Well equipped SPA, morden and clean room and delicious breakfast and dinner options.

The Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel is amazing — spotless, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. The staff is exceptionally polite and welcoming, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I absolutely loved my stay there!

United KingdomHotel is excellent. It has everything you could need. Every single staff member went up and beyond to help and make us comfortable. They always smiling and very friendly and welcoming. The hotel breakfast and dinner had lots of variety. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The outdoor pool was open but it was too cold to swim but we did enjoy the big indoor pool and the spa facilities. The hotel is ten mins drive from old town and there is a bus stop right opposite incase you dont have a car. There are nearby shops and supermarket too, walking distance. Its also 15mins away from airport. I would highly recommend it for your visit to dubrovnik.
