Very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very well equipped with nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Close proximity to shops and restaurants in Lapad and number 6 bus stop to the Pile Gate. Rooftop pool area is fab with lots of sunbeds and beautiful view.

There is nothing wrong with the apartment. But be prepared, Dubrovnik is hilly with a lot of steps everywhere.

The owner and the cleaners were helpful and kind. The bus stop and shop was close buy. The rooftop pool area was beautiful. A special thanks to the owner for the car ride to the airport early in the morning. We especially liked the inside area next to the pool with a nice view and toilets. We also had a decent sized shower and balcony and a comfortable bed..

The pool was a bit smaller than we thought it would be based on the pictures.

The location was perfect. The bus stop is close to the hotel. The Lapad beach is within walking distance. There are also some nice restaurants. Dubrovnik city is about 10 minutes by bus. The room was very nice and clean and we loved the large balcony with a spectacular view. The owner was kind and helped us with booking an excursion and recommended the Dubrovnik Pass (which we absolutely loved!).

Lovely apartment. Stunning view from rooftop pool, especially for sunset. Very clean and plenty of fresh towels. Nice and quiet. Great location for walking to the harbour and Lapad beach area, and bus on the road or Uber very easy into the old town. Perfect, highly recommend. The owner was very good for communication and helped us arrange a transfer to and from the airport.

NOT a complaint, but it's a bit of a walk up the hill, especially in the daytime heat............ Makes a dip in the pool and the views even more welcome.

Villa style complex. Everything spotless. Fantastic infinity pool with views over the bay. Rooms are modern and spacious with excellent A/C. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is a large wet room. We also had a large balcony with great views. Owner Ivo is responsive to any request. Small supermarket, couple of cafe's and a restaurant just down the hill. Many more in the town.

All was amazing, couldn't fault them on anything

This place was amazing and the guy even gave me lift up from shop on his bike when he saw me in town, he was such an amazing help, when our bags was delivered (didn't turn up with us at airport) he put them in our room, the service was amazing throughout. The place is awesome, pool with epic views over the bay, 10 minute walk to amazing restaurants and 9 minutes by uber/bus to the old town, highly recommend this place

The bathroom even though was clean but there was a constant bad odour coming from somewhere.

The apartment was big with two bedrooms and a kitchen + living room. It was clean and the host was very nice. Free parking and accessible by car.

Fantastic place to stay in Villa Dubrovnik! The apartment was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, and the view from the terrace was amazing. The location is perfect - close to the sea. Public transport is super close to the bus stop. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful, they took care of every detail to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend it and will definitely come back here on my next visit to Dubrovnik! I am grateful it was a successful vacation.

Quite expensive, but then everything is expensive in Dubrovnik. Also, the furniture and equipment is not very new and used - some to the point of needing to be replaced.

It’s far from the old town, but conveniently located on the route of a local bus that takes you straight and quickly to the gates of the old town. It has a good pool and large terrace, with great views over the surroundings of Dubrovnik. Very clean and it has parking.

Pool was small. 5 people but only 4x glasses etc. Sofa bed not the most comfortable.

It really was excellent. Two minor things which for us weren’t negative but might be useful to know 1. if you want an oven there isn’t one - there’s a microwave and hob - but we weren’t there to cook! 2. Only English speaking channels we could find on the TV were news channels, you can however sign into your Netflix account on the TV - but we weren’t there to watch television!

Fabulous little block of apartments. Convenient location for any of the local beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. Right on the bus route into the old city of Dubrovnik (the return bus stop a few metres down the hill, the out bound stop a little further down). Excellent communication with the property owner, Ivo, who couldn’t be more helpful and was kind and welcoming. He made himself available to answer any questions via whatapp after we’d checked in with him. Clean apartment and was cleaned every day (although we sometimes waved them off because we were in the room, but it was offered every day if we wanted it). Useful facilities for preparing simple snacks with a fridge and mini freezer. Great views over the suspension bridge from our balcony and a rail to dry wet clothes/ towels. Good night sleep all round - no noisiness heard from those around us. Air conditioning worked and was a godsend. The pool was delicious to cool off on hot days with spectacular views and sunsets. We arranged transfer to/from the airport directly with the property owner (initiated via booking.com and then via whatapp with the owner) which made it simple to ensure we found the apartment on arrival taking something of the stress of arrival and departure away. It can be a hot climb up the hill to the apartment in the daytime so would recommend a Dubrovnik pass which means you can hop on / hop off the buses to the bottom of the hill where the bars / restaurants are to make it less taxing if you’re walking about in the middle of the day. I have nothing negative to say regarding Villa Antea. Dubrovnik itself is very beautiful but extremely expensive especially for a family.

Villa Antea is in a beautiful setting. The pool was amazing. The views from the pool unreal. The apartment we stayed in ( apartment 16) was spotless, lots of space for a family of 5. The apartment had plenty of cooking utilities, grill, oven, hob, kettle, coffee maker etc for self catering.. The view from the apartment was the best view ever. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Bus stop into old town in walking distance. Bus every 10 minutes.We were more than happy with our stay. I would highly recommend Villa Antea

Fantastic location as easy to walk to several beaches but also an €8 taxi from Old Town. Rooftop pool was brilliant and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Staff were really lovely.
