I only didnt like the room was directly in front of the outside door. It wasnt a big problem but still didnt like it.

It was one bedroom in a house and you could hear the other rooms and people throughout the night.

We arrived at midnight into split and Ana kindly organised airport transfer for us which made everything so much easier. She met us at the accommodation in the middle of the night and showed us to our room! Nice bed and good facilities.

The wait to collect the keys.

Hosts wanted live updates on the time of bus arrival. Despite stating time of arrival, hosts was not there to provide keys and have to wait for her after a looong bus ride. When she finally arrived stated that she cannot be glued to the place and that they did not have a reception.

Great welcome from the host and very good communication before arriving Room has everything you need I will say its perfect for 1 person only as the Room is very small and she did alerted me about it Awesome location, very close to the center

The residents on the upper floor are walking through the appartment quite loudly the whole night. If you are a light sleeper, I would advise to take the ear plugs, which I did on the second and third night and that worked ok.

The room has all that one needs, there was even a small hair dryer in a bathroom cupboard and soap as well as a small refrigerator. The owner waited for me even though I had trouble finding a parking spot and came later as expected.

The room was cold due to a lack of a heating facility. AC didn't help at all to heat the room.

Owner/rep was a little hard to contact as we didn't have internet in a foreign country. Had to run around to find WiFi locations.

Good quality room and bathroom in quiet location but close to main attractions and close to restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Quick reaction by staff to fix WiFi when went down. Friendly welcome by Ana. Good value for location and quality.

My only complaint, and probably is room specific, is that others guests when turning on the stairs light could turn on a light in the apartment

The apartment is very close to the city center but on a secondary road so it is not very noisy. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. The room had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table perfect for breakfast.

The location was great. Close to the main attractions in the area. The owner was friendly and helpful. If I have to come back in Split I definitely choose this host.

There are stairs, so be wary. Also, you have to pay in cash, so make sure to bring enough!

Such a great place! So conveniently located, right in the middle of the old town in Split. Great space for good value. They even have a cute little courtyard outside. Hosts were helpful and responsive.
