The laundry drying racks need an upgrade since it is quite rusty.

Really chic and fancy apartment. It was beautiful with lots of day light. There is a steam room and jacuzzi in the apartment. How luxurious! Really good location as well. The heater and tv box didn't work while we were there but Ante was really trying hard to fix it for us. We were not bothered since the weather was amazing and we were not there to watch the tele. 😉 there was YouTube which entertained my kid for a bit and that's more than enough!

These are not a complaint just points to note but main clock needed a battery, and only 2 teaspoons were provided for hot drinks.

Bedrooms are above a busy road so you need to keep windows closed if traffic noise affects you.

Good location, walking distance to many attractions and very close to the waterfront. Compact unit with all that is required for a short stay. New construction of hotel next door is very close and does impact views and privacy although as we were out all day sightseeing this was not a problem for us. Great to have lift access for luggage.

There is construction around the building which is noise, but nothing to do while they don’t finish the building!

Very comfortable! 5 minutes walk to old town, 2 min to the beach! The rooftop jacuzzi is a plus and great sunset view towards the city! A must stay! The restaurante SOUL kitchen is also 1 min walk and amazing!

Unfortunately the lovely sea view is being blocked by a new apartment complex being built next door.

Good location, lovely local restaurant just a few doors down, short walk to the supermarket & shops. Nice modern apartment with a great rooftop area.

Good location , no more than 20 min walk to various meeting points,ferry, bus . Apt was clean and the manager was attentive and quick. Had a roof top deck and hot tub.

All the facilities were amazing: air conditioning, kitchen utilities, balcony, rooftop with hot tub. The owners were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Amazing value for money and the location was perfect (only a 15 minute walk to the Old town). Thank you very much for the amazing stay!

Only thing that was annoying, and that is not the owners fault - they are building a house few meters away and started workin 7:30 every morning with loud noises. That is only temporary so I recommend it highly otherwise

Great location next to Bačvice beach, and a short walk to shops near the Riva. The host was really helpful and responsive to any queries I had. More than enough amenities and space for me and 5 other guests, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Split.

Great location, only a short walk from the old centre, with lots of restaurants, food shops, and supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean, modern, and very nicely decorated, and has a large sunny balcony with table and chairs. It is comfortable and well-equipped. The host were very welcoming and gave some excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this apartment

Limited facilities in the kitchen, just needs a few extras like scissors, tea towels, clothes pegs. Second bed mentioned is a sofa bed which I don't think was clear.

Beautiful place, comfortable, safe, perfect parking, good location, and super friendly host :). We thought we had lost a ring there and the host immediately contacted the cleaner to look for it. Fortunately, we found the ring!!!!!

Great location, a little away from the centre but a short walk to town and apt is located in a nice neighbourhood. Host is friendly and responsive. Apartment very comfortable and we’d definitely return.
