It's located a bit far away from the city centre, but still walkable for about 20-30 minutes. The room has all the supplies, though it's a bit dated, and not so clean.

The staff are accommodating, and the gym and facilities are well equipped.

The staffs are super helpful. They helped us with the late check out to accommodate long-haul flight schedule. The location is perfect as it's very close to the old town. The room is spacious. Breakfast is great with various options.

The best hotel in Zagreb. Close to center. I stay here 5-6 times. Breakfast is with good quality, diverse and rich.

Couldn't complain really. I would prefer a step in shower as the shower was in the bath but that's just a preference. The shower was lovely - great pressure and warmth.

Great location - easy walking distance to everywhere in the city. Lovely welcome. Room was good size and beds were very comfortable. Free bottles of water were provided every day along with chocolates, apples and a free bottle of wine on arrival. 24 hour room service available if required. Bathrobes and toiletries provided.

Breakfast was awesome. there was a huge amount to choose from! and the staff was so nice and welcoming. My mother accidentally spilt a drink on the floor when we first arrived and they were so kind in helping us clean it up!

Westin well located ; rooms are nice with view; in room dining needs review of menu to suit international travellers. Staff is very courteous. At bar, snacks could be more varied. The breakfast spread is very good. Buffet was nice but little bland! Housekeeping could do more. But we were happy to stay at Westin.

A few areas in the room could use a touch up -- lifting/peeling wallpaper under the window, bathroom ceiling above shower needs some treatment, but otherwise, great stay/room/spacious/etc.

The room was wonderful. We booked the executive suite to have sleeping separation from us and kiddo and it was the best choice. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful upon arrival. Breakfast was wonderful and well worth it. After the chaos of travel, the hotel was a welcomed slice of heaven.

Love the breakfast spread. Waiters at breakfast were very helpful and attentive. Good service all round but weird air con was a let down - had to sleep with window open. Other than that, all good. Love that the tram stop was just outside the hotel.

The check in time has been to long. It has taken more than 25 minutes. We do not understand why it is not possible to make a reservation together with parking. Please, take in account that therefore two separate bills are issued. Annoying.

The location is perfect as it is close to the center. Rooms have reached our expectations and have been spotless clean. Breakfast has been on a satisfied level with a reach choice of food.

Everything was great. The only small issue I had was that the pillows were a bit too soft and uncomfortable, but I wouldnt rate the hotel lower for that.

Fantastic hotel - beautiful as soon as you enter. Our room was large, lots of space and super comfortable. Lots of towels and cosy bed. Hairdryers, slippers and dressing gowns provided. Great powerful shower too. The gym is great, we didnt use it this time but its quite large and has loads of top equipment and its really spacious and clean. We did use the swimming pool and sauna which was great. It does tend to get a bit busy in the pool but it was really lovely and has 2 saunas too. We also opted to get a massage, normal prices and it was ok. The location is excellent, around 20 mins away from the airport by taxi, and Zagreb has Bolt and Uber so its certainly convenient. Its also about a 15 min walk into the main bit of lower town, though there are plenty of nearby amenities. Ideal location for us. Staff were really friendly. Always helpful and so nice. On our last day, they extended our check out by a few hours for free. We still had about 4 hours before our flight and they gave us access to use the pool facilities even though we had checked out. The unexpected highlight was that every day at around 6pm/7pm, room service would come round with some complimentary chocolates and water. It was so cute and would always make my evening. If we weren't in, they would leave it in our room :)
