The beds were a bit firm for our liking The bathroom in our apartment had somewhat a bad smell.

We were greeted and welcomed by lovely staff who were professional and efficient with the check-in prosess. Had the apartment 30 meters down the road. It was newly renovated. Nice big balcony, quit area. Got a complimentary welcome drink. It was my brothers birthday and without asking we got prosecco for free in the room for our family and a cake for breakfast. We felt welcome. The staff during breakfast were attentive. Got the information we needed when asking for recommendations. Good value for money

I always stay here when I visit friends and family in Hungary. Location is perfect for public transport, shopping centre is 5 minutes walk. Staff are always nice and friendly. Breakfast has good variety of foods. Rooms are clean and not worn off. I love their environment cautious approach towards cleaning. Beds are super comfy. What else you need for a nice trip to Budapest? ☺️

I did not like the breakfast, as it was always the same, very basic. Also, they did not provide any slippers or other useful hotel things. I did not like the heat System, very difficult to operate.

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Very, very clean, great staff , very helpful. We had a great kitchen in the apartment. Also i enjoyied the quite aria, 5 minute from a nice mall.

someone outside was screaming on us becuase we are jewish and that scared us very much plus we asked for 9 seperate beds and we didnt get that plus one bed was broken and the tv didnt really wrk

Not the staff's fault, but we tried to use the mini spa room with the hot tub. A whole family with a lot of children had taken over the spa, screaming and jumping around like it was a kids pool. I'd suggest that children shouldn't be allowed to use that room.

Hotel breakfast and facilities were great. Staff were lovely. Room and bathroom were comfortable. Netflix was available on the TV, little mini fridge for snacks and drinks. 10 min walk to the old town, so we enjoyed the location. Great value for the price. Nice design inside

It was a pleasant first time experience being in Budapest. We had a great stay at the property! Breakfast is great. I liked the varied options to get a more suitable type of pillow depending on your sleep habits, as it is not often you get to have that in most hotels. They also have well maintained jacuzzi and sauna too. It was also nice that they surprised us with a birthday champagne for my partner during this trip too. Gladly appreciated that and I highly recommend the property as it is also not too far from the city center and have a mall nearby. The tram and subway are within walking distance and easily accessible too.
