Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe area around the hotel didn’t feel very nice. It wasn’t unsafe but there were often homeless people looking through trash either on the main road or in the park by the hotel.
Well situated and easy to find just outside the main centre of the city. Excellent public transport links into the centre. A relatively small hotel with friendly staff. Options to have room cleaned fully or partially for environmental reasons. Free coffee and tea with afternoon snacks very welcome each day. Lovely on three warm days to be able to open the window and get fresh air through.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed so far when we were in Europe for 12 days. It’s so clean, neat, spotless, up-to-date facility. We love their shower gels and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The location is central, which is a great thing, literally across from the street is the bus station that can take you anywhere in Budapest. Only 30 minutes driving away from airport. You can walk to attractions as well. The price is affordable. This is best value for the money we paid. The staff is so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. If i come back, I definitely will stay in this hotel again. Will recommend it to friends and family. Love this hotel so much!
