Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustriaEverything perfect except the parking possibility. Strange procedure to come to the parking lot. A man from reception should come out to you to open the gate. Sometimes he is not coming nad you should look for the parking somewhere in the streets around hotel.

The room is quite big and clean. I came when they had a problem with warm water, but organized hot water in another room. Nice and helpful service.

IrelandTerrible customer service. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully before. I paid for a room for 3 adults and a baby, but we were given just two single beds. The staff were extremely unfriendly and clearly unwilling to help. They only addressed the issue reluctantly, and the whole experience was very unpleasant.
On the plus side, this was the only place you could stop by in the evening.

Everything, accessibility and position within the city are exceptional. Orientations of rooms is great, I had the one oriented towards the sunrise, it was great morning. Staff is friendly and approachable.

Czech RepublicIn my room there was cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom and when I opened the window to ventilate, so because the hotel is on the main street, there was a lot of noise in the room at night (police, ambulance...) and I didn't sleep well. It's not clear where the check-in point is (it's at the restaurant on the corner). The scrambled eggs were incredibly oversalted.
