Sleeping would have been impossible without earplugs due to the insane traffic situation in front of the windows. With earplugs, it was ok.

1. Was too hot in the room ( air conditioning didn’t work proper) 2. The windows are not soundproof, you may hear the traffic so loud as the window would be opened.

The bed was very comfortable, the stuff is friendly, the room is big and clean.

Air con in our room didn't work - wasn't in there much so didn't flag as didn't realise until end of day 2 of 4! Shower gel dispenser is terrible - rain drop size with every pump so takes ages!

Fantastic location - bus stops immediately outside, train station less than 5min walk away. Felt like a safe area, with convenience stores, fast food places etc also nearby (within 5min walk). Bed was SUPER comfy, so was the armchair! Wifi was good, room was clean, staff were friendly, check in & out & luggage storage was easy.

My room was allocated near the main road, it was very noisy and disturbs sleep. The rooms are not very clean

Air condition was not working and it was very hot and stuffy in the room

The hotel is very nice located in the city center and has a parking solution in few minutes walking distance cost about 15 EUROS per a day. Outside the hotel there is a bus station direct to the tourist's areas of the city. It taks 5-10 minutes to get there by the bus. Room was cleaned and convenient. Breakfast was likely enough. Good service by hotel's stuff

The room was lovely. The breakfast was overpriced. For 20 euros you can have most delightful breakfast at a very nice place in Budapest. There were some real issues with stuff. First of all, on the night of the arrival, I’ve asked for the iron to be delivered to my room in the morning at 9:30am. The time I was planning to wake up. I’ve arrived after 1am and wanted to rest. At 9:13 I was woken up by a knock on the door. While I did get my iron and ironing board, as well as, a robe. I got robbed of my 17 minutes of sleep which I really needed after a long journey and before a full day of exploring the wonderful city of Budapest. Moreover, the housekeeping ladies who brought the items didn’t speak any English. I’ve asked them to bring two robes into the room next door where my brother was staying and that never happened. A little later, two new housekeeping ladies knocked on my door and wanted to clear the room.. that was well before 10am. They also didn’t speak English. But I spoke Russian to them so them understood. They also said that if I leave my empty bottle outside of the room, I will get a fresh bottle of water in the room. In the evening, there was no water in the room. When I called reception, they told me that water is offered only to people on their arrival. But I persuaded them to check as I was told otherwise. 10 minutes later I get my water. And the next day I got another fresh bottle of water. Finally, and most disappointingly, I was not treated well by a receptionist. On Saturday, 5 April, some time between 5:30pm and 6:30pm, I came up to the reception to book breakfast for next day. The receptionist, who later told me that his name was Imre (I am not sure if he gave me his real name), was leaning over the reception desk with his left hand. As he saw me approaching, he glance at me and nodded his head. No proper greeting was made.

We didn't like a lot the cleaning. When they came in our room to clean they put us the same towels. The phone for the reception was not working. The beds could be more comfortable. There was no balcony and no smoking rooms. The location from river was a bit far around 1hour of walking. It is not at the very center.

The breakfast was very good. They had a lot of variety. The staff was good with us. The location was excellent. Everything was about 30 minutes of walking except the river it was a bit far and we had to get Uber or Bolt.

The room we got was on the 7th floor and even there the noise coming from the street was way too loud, traffic noise made it quite a challenge to sleep, those windows are old and definitely not sound proof, I guess that’s why they leave earplugs by the bedside.

Good amenities and room was always clean and towels changed every day. Perfect location as 2 min away from Keleti metro station
