close to the some of the main sights and the others were easily reached. facilities in the room was up to expectation. Staff, when approached I found both knowledgeable and helpful as wanted to reach Freedom Square and was directed and instructed the easiest way using public transport. Breakfast was plentiful with various options for both hot or cold selections. For the facilities, and location this is very reasonable.

Twin rooms were a little ‘snug’ but we didn’t book anything flash so wasn’t expecting too much, room was clean, the young lady on reception (Kirsty) was extremely helpful, so a special thanks to her. Location was perfect for what we wanted.

Booked it as we liked the look of the rooftop bar to use before we headed out for the evening but it wasn't open during our stay. Didn't really get an explanation as to why. Would have booked elsewhere had we known.

The room we ordered was ONLY with bathtub. the bath is very high (about 75cm) and it is VERY problematic for old people as there are no aids of safety to get in and out of the bath. When we ask to change the room the stuff (including the manager) that we can downgrade our selfs But there will be no compensation or refund because it is our choice when they do not reflect these things on the website. Especially when we explained to them that we are adults with knee problems and it is very difficult for us to get into the bathtub. They did not care. Breakfast was poor and sad. We only ate croissants and bread with butter. Its not hotel 4 stars. Additionally, the bathroom door was a transparent sliding door. Its hinge was rusty and impossible to move. Our children felt uncomfortable showering and going to the toilet when the door was transparent and you could see and hear everything beyond it.

The beds are quite hard, not something bad if you’re just staying for few nights but something to think about for a longer stay. The cleaning was also a little bad in certain spots but nothing too bad.

It’s perfectly located right in the center of Budapest, walking distance to all the shops, chain bridge as well as liberty bridge. The rooms were great in size and very comfortable.

The door of the shower doesn't stay closed and also the space is very small in there.

We liked that is in the center of the town and you easily get to the main attractions and is a lively area. The room is elegant and has all you need.
