Would be ideal if hotel offered an evening shuttle bus to some of the further away restaurants as there is no grab/gojek on the island

Handy location near the harbour. The super friendly staff booked a ferry for us and collected us from the ferry. Breakfast was amazing, the room was lovely with a huge comfy bed, lovely setting with all the plants and flowers. Incredible value for money

Our children had problem with stomach. Bad water in swimming pool(( Also staff tried to charge us for adult extra bed, but it was a child.

Nice place, nice pool, small rooms. Good to stay for several nights. Good food, very tasty.

Honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in nusa penida choose here. Beds are huge and so comfy. Duvets / pillows are comfy. Hot showers. Kettle/ fridge/ facilities in room. Breakfast was really good. Most of all the staff are so lovely and helpful. Whole surroundings of the hotel is really nice. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a situation related to the price of transportation where the night employee recalculated the price and it was a very annoying situation.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms are very large and comfortable. It’s very close to Scuba Junkie, so great location if you are diving with them.

More plug sockets would have been a plus. I had to unplug the bedside light to charge my phone or use the kettle.

I've travelled all over the world and stayed at 5 star hotels as well as hostels. I could sit here and nitpick, but the truth is, for the price, you get more than what you imagine.

From the moment you step foot into the property you are so warmly welcomed. The Balinese / Islanders are naturally such a kind people! From their smiles and genuine interest when they say "all good" (which I believe is an Aussie thing) is heart warming. The pool is great, small but just about right to get some laps in. The rooms are cosy but don't feel cramped as you've either got the balcony or you're right onto the lawn and pool. Some good food options are pretty close by as well the harbour so you've got quick access to the sea transport options back to the mainland or other islands

I could say the breakfast could be better but that would be unfair. I only paid 50 USD for two nights which for this level of hospitality felt like a steal. There are eatries just nearby where you can opt for a good breakfast instead

Everything. Location, hospitality & service. For the price I paid, this place exceeded my expectations by a huge margin. This a 2 star simple hotel. If you keep that in mind, you'll be surprised by the level of hospitality and services. Complimentary pick up from the harbour and drop back to the harbour. The staff were real champs. I was in touch with the reception over WhatsApp and anything and everything was made available to me just on a simple text message. And no, the rooms didn't smell like some reviews are stating. It's was clean, smelling great. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were replaced on request. This place is a no brainer.

I would like them to give you more water bottles in the rooms

The property was very nice. My room was in front of the pool, very nice view. They have a restaurant next to the hotel so it’s comfortable when you don’t want to go very far. The staff was always very friendly.
