Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Other guest making the stay unpleasant due to them shouting in the hall and playing music even knocking on other doors past 11pm, there is probably a policy in place but it is not fair for Guest to not sleep and then have to enjoy their day trip plans when woken up many times

The whole 5th floor rooms were closed off for unknown reasons only 2-3 rooms available. Having watched many horror films makes u feel like the rooms were shut off for something unexplainable? Balcony open up to have a brick of wall blocking any view to the city? What is the use of the balcony if it is covered up with walls ?
Bed was clean and comfy, also quiet enough to sleep well. Location excellent and within walking distances to Lippo Mall and Discovery centre.

When I booked I was certain that my booking included breakfast but upon my arrival I was told it wasn’t included which created more cost for me so not worth the money I paid. the pics on the website looks new and modern but it isn’t unfortunately
Staff were amazing tho, very helpful and pleasant. Great location

Rooms need a lot of TLC, very off, putting that almost every second room has been sealed off with red tape. Breakfast was terrible.

A little dated. Found it off putting that every second room had a padlock or security seal stopping entry. When I queried the staff, they indicated it was due to maintenance issues & the room had been sealed pending a fix which they hoped would happen by mid .2025
Location. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants & beach. Convenient to airport. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

AC was not working properly, always had a wet floor. We didn’t complained about that, still it was a discomfort.

Pool bar ran out of cold beer at 10am
They managed to get all the rooms for our group close together. Breakfast was basic but good value. The location is good if you want to be near the airport, beach and restaurants and shops.

That the room fridges are not turned on prior to check in, as such it took a number of hours for it to be able to keep anything cool and was unusable upon check-in until over 4 hours later!
Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great bathroom was spacious and water pressure was great! Cool refreshing welcome drink was provided upon checking in - Greatly appreciated in the humidity) Pool looked great - didn't get a chance to use!

No chairs or washing line on balcony and get smoke from other balconies but nice view and breeze.
Great room with nice desk for working and balcony so I could work with a nice breeze and view of the pool. Clean and good room and bathroom. Staff were really friendly and held my bag I forgot. I will be going back and bringing my students for a night as they land from the airport as super close.

Only the balcony issue . They were very clever in saying room did hacmve a balcony ,but there cunning knowing full well, it was closed in and boarded up . Internally, the room was very nice
Next time, I would like a proper open balcony .not a closed in area
