Everything was superb - the location, the standard of the room and the service. Meno House is a perfect escape - quiet, but still with plenty to do and a nice, warm, friendly atmosphere. The free snorkelling equipment and bikes were a real plus. Having the sea and a pool right outside your room is a real blessing and one which we took advantage of as much as possible. The room itself was excellent. Everything you could need and finished to a high standard and well maintained, with daily cleaning if required and an evening draw-down service. The staff here are all excellent and it’s evidently a well-run show. The adjoining bar/restaurant is a great retreat where you can grab a fantastic meal at a reasonable price. All drinks too were excellent and like the rest of Meno House, so were the staff. A special mention to Iggy and the team for making us feel at home and chatting whenever we were there. A real credit to this excellent spot. We aren’t a couple who would usually return to the same location twice, but we will do all we can to return here in the near future.

PortugalNothing bad I can say. Maybe 2 small suggestions: - a water kettle or coffee in room would be nice - small towels for hair. You have great big shower towels but when washing hair, it would be handy to have a small towel also.
We had a super relaxing stay here. The rooms are so comfortable and nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the beach area is nice and clean, so pretty! Great swimming pool. Free snorkeling gear and bikes. And the food… everything we tried, breakfast-lunch-dinner, was delicious, they have an amazing cook. Everything was super clean in the room, a nice welcome and “see you later” gift etc The staffing the best, Acik, Surya, Yuda and Iggy were amazing. So was Jordan (manager) and Ary (reception) We stayed 5 nights and I really felt 100% relaxed, which usually doesn’t happen for me. This was my little paradise. For sure recommend and if I hopefully come back to Meno, it will be here again, no doubt!

United KingdomThey had thought about everything, it was one of the best stays I had in the Lombok/islands area. The only recommendation I would give is for a kettle/tea/coffee facilities to be added to the rooms, especially if you are an early riser and like to sit and have a coffee when you wake up. Whilst you could go to the beach bar (20 metres away) to help yourself to coffee and tea in the morning, this is only from 7am (so if you are an early riser or enjoy an afternoon tea, a kettle in the room would be an added bonus).
A little slice of luxury on Gili Island. With only 7 rooms . This hotel is all about the personal experience. From small gifts at turndown service, to a la crate breakfasts, to a free tote bag to take with you. The rooms are clean, spacious and luxurious compared to other hotels I stayed in on the island. The facilities, such as the pool are only shared with six other rooms, so even when at capacity, it feels like you have it all to yourself. The hotel provides all the extras for free compared to other hotels, Kayaks, snorkels, fins, beach shoes and bikes are all free for guests to use (no rental fee). I can see why it is number one on the island. I would return here in a heartbeat! I also recommend booking the speedboat pickup through the hotel, they collect you and drop you right outside on the beach! And the beach, Snorkling from the shore I saw turtles and incredible fish everyday!

The room was fantastic, and the housekeeping was outstanding, with cleaning twice a day, which really made a difference. A big shoutout to the amazing bar staff – you were incredible! A special greeting to my Bosses, you truly made our experience even better. The snorkeling was another highlight – absolutely amazing, and all the equipment was included, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life. Highly recommended!

ItalyThe property is planning to expand with a beach club, but I’m not sure this will be a positive addition. Guests seem to come here to relax and escape from noise and crowds, so a beach club might disrupt the peaceful atmosphere that makes this place special.
The staff was exceptional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Juli, a professional and incredibly helpful team member from Lombok. His service truly stood out, making my experience memorable. I rarely leave feedback, but Juli absolutely deserves this recognition for his outstanding work.

We had the most amazing stay at Meno house! The staff were so helpful. The food and cocktails were incredible. The pool and beach front was a dream! We snorkeled and swam with 2 turtles so close to shore. The rooms were clean and beautifully thought out! It was my partner's birthday so they sang to him and gave him some birthday cake which was so kind! A very nice surprise! There are so many little things they do to make your stay perfect. I highly recommend Meno house!!

ItalyWe stayed in Gili Meno for 4 nights. The hotel is on the beach and this is super relaxing and the atmosphere very calm. We enjoyed our time in Gili Meno swimming with the turtles and snorkelling on the coral reef. All is just in front of the hotel and around the island. We also used the kayak provided by the hotel. Masks for snorkelling and the rock shoes are also supplied by the hotel. I suggest to do some snorkelling also to see the Bask underwater statue. We used the swimming pool in the afternoon/evening time when there is low tide and it is hard to swim in the sea due to the corals and rocks. Breakfast is fantastic. It is so nice to have breakfast on the beach with some calm music on the background. We had also dinner there and the food was really good. The staff is always ready to help/assist during the stay. Drinkable water is provided by the hotel and there is free refill at the bar. Highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy the sea!

PortugalNothing that I didn’t like but can leave 2 points more as improvement ideas if it makes sense for the team: 1 - Have more options on the menu for the restaurant (not sure if this is possible because the logistics on the Island don’t seem too easy) 2 - Have an alternative to the horses for guest to get to the hotel and/or to the port. Having something like an electric bike with a little trailer or similar.
The location was really good. Calm and right in front of Turtle point. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. They make water available for you whenever you want and leave little treats everyday. You can use snorkeling equipment, kayaks, bikes, etc… The restaurant does’t have a big menu but everything they offer is really good.

Fabulous location, right on the beach with snorkeling and turtles seen swimming off the beach. Staff were fabulous, helpful, friendly and nothing a problem for them if asked. Lovely room, Aircon and ceiling fan which was great. Lovely pool, and nice and quiet being a small resort.
