Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Chinait’s been really nice stay, just mention a few minor things here. We really wish the pool could open to later hours (it opens 7am - 7pm), it’s so nice that we also want to use it in the evening. Be aware of monkeys! one monkey came out from the jungles beside the pool and grabbed the cellphone of a guest while he is in the pool (the hotel has made it clear that they cannot be responsible for loss caused by monkeys.) the hotel locates at Uluwatu in the southwest corner of Bali, the good part is that it is near several nice beaches, but the downside is that it is far from many other attractions like the volcanoes, the waterfalls, and the palace and other cultural sites at Ubud, plus the traffic is really bad in Bali, most roads here are very narrow, traffic are really busy with so many cars and motorbikes, you have to anticipate more than one hour on the way to go to anywhere further than 7-8km by car (if not too far, recommend go by motorbike).
almost perfect. good environment and facilities, large outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs and also a nice bar beside the pool that delivers our drink orders. also we can walk to the beach easily from the hotel (It’s called the Impossible Beach, I believe it is exclusive for the hotel guests). the hotel has two restaurants, one italian and one comprehensive with some Indonesian cuisine and other asian cuisines, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices, and also with 24h in-room dining. the water from the faucet and shower in the room is clean (quite a few people wrote in the reviews of other hotels in Bali mentioning about the water quality, but fortunately that’s not a concern here at this hotel.) also, we encountered power outage throughout the whole Bali due to undersea cable issue, but the hotel has back power that ensures electricity use in the hotel (though later after long time still no restoration, the air conditioning use in the room has been restricted to save power).

AustraliaThe dinner/lunch included with your stay was a reduced version of the actual menu and wasn’t available for use from all restaurants on the resort. The people next door to us relentlessly rang their bell all the time at inconvenient hours (early morning and late at night).
Quiet and relaxing great family stay and staff were friendly and accomodating. The resort was also very clean.

AustraliaDidn’t hear any noise inside our room from construction on one side of the property next door. But I’d be asking to get a room away from that side in 2025. The rest of the hotel isn’t affected with noise.
Great pool with floating beanbags made for a very relaxing time around the pool. Pool kiosk was extensive and food quality good. You can navigate huge way down to a beach but it’s not why you would stay at this hotel.

FranceVery nice Resort, location is good, not far from the activities + a quick (steep) walk away from both sides of Impossible Beach. Large rooms very well equiped (free minibar at arrival, bottes of water disposed everyday, nice bath products etc.) Scooters rental near. Free fun and show with the monkeys that sometimes are seen around! 😁 Huge beautiful pool with many beds / sunbeds. Breakfast is amazing! Only 2 things : Stop making pay customers huge price for complementary bed. That makes your hotel look cheap whereas it is not at all indeed. Some construction works on one side of the hotel. Can’t do anything about it, but when your hotel is not fully booked, get rooms on the other side to your customers 😊. Overall a very nice place that we recommend!

New ZealandCompared to our previous two accommodations, we did find the service a little underwhelming. Staff weren’t as attentive or friendly and at times, we felt like a bit of an inconvenience when asking questions or making requests. However the servicing of the rooms exceeded our expectations — the nightly check-in was a lovely additional touch. We also found the on-site menu quite pricey, so we opted to eat elsewhere and only had light bites poolside. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay, but there’s definitely room for the guest experience to be elevated.
The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and a serene, peaceful vibe throughout. The pool area is huge – there's so much space that it never felt crowded, and it was easy to find a quiet spot to relax and unwind. The entire property feels like a retreat, tucked away in a very tranquil corner of Uluwatu.
