Excellent breakfast. The service was great. We had to catch a late flight home to Australia and were very impressed that we could leave our bags all day then have a shower and use an air conditioned room to rest in while we waited for our plane - all without any extra charge.

Buffet breakfast food was not nice Restaurant staff could be more helpful with guests instead of talking and messing around near kitchen but the coffee was good.

The hotel and room were excellent except for some of the senior staff were rude and not friendly. When leaving hotel to checkout man at reception (07/01/26) at 3am was rude and not helpful and left our luggage sitting in heavy rain lucky we noticed and moved our luggage while waiting for our driver to go to airport .

Noisy housekeeping, shower curtain dirty & so narrow shower recess the curtain blows in o to you. I’m a tiny person so a glass screen floor to ceiling would work way better. Also is no blockout blinds the thin timber Venetian are not sufficient for upper floor that has sun hitting direct onto balcony door. These are easy fixes. Overall a very nice small property situated on the beach front

Service could improve by offering tea/coffee refills at breakfast and bar service while by pool or beach. Lots of staff who seem to stand around not doing basic customer service

A bigger pool.

Location is excellent. Right on the beach and next door to the Icon Shopping Centre. Also the gardens are amazing with Bonzais everywhere.

Strong smell from basin taps in bathroom (maybe from heavy rain earlier). Housekeeping fixed the bad smell, but the cleaning agents they used stayed in the unit for days and made me feel a bit sick.

I loved the gorgeous staff, the huge selection for breakfast, the beachfront access, the pool, the location, everything! All the staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and beautiful. The breakfasts and dinners were amazing!

The location is fantastic for access to the beach which is what we wanted for the kids, we had 2 rooms. The breakfast was excellent with some traditional balinese dishes. Pool was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly, room was very clean, the water pressure was good. Firm but comfy bed. Very good value for money, it is one of the older style smaller traditional places to stay. Very close to the new mall.

It’s not the hotels fault, it can get noisy because of the promotions from the Icon Mall.

The curtains were very light, It would be great to have heavier/thicker. Had little sleep as it was to bright in the mornings and at nights the outside lighting shone through also

I didn't like all the mosquitoes in my room on arrival or the hard high pillows and one blind that didn't open.

Being petty the only improvement I would suggest is better lighting particularly in the bathroom

Nice clean friendly hotel, excellent location would recommend rooms at the pool beach end. Restaurant provides great food also. Private beach with lounges at your door step was very convenient
