I didn’t notice a lift/elevator so if you’re not as mobile it may cause issues if you’re staying on the 3rd floor. Not a criticism, just an observation.

The facilities were good. The room was comfortable, large & clean. The pool area was really nice, well maintained gardens. It’s not on the beach, probably about 600m inland but there’s a shuttle every hour to take you there & back or you can walk. The walk goes past restaurants & markets. Circle K and ATMs across the road. The staff were really nice & accomodating. We enjoyed it there.

Breakfast was good but the coffee option was not. They need to update their machine Please take the sugar out of the Cappuccino option. Your clientele seems to be predominantly European and that sweetness in coffee, isn’t usual.

The staff is really nice and helpful. They have a cot and high chair for my baby to use during the stay. The breakfast, pool, and spa are amazing, and the location is really good and close to shops and cafes.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs; rooms were spacious and the options for public and private pools were a bonus for the kids. Regular shuttle to a private beach club was also a highlight

Loved this hotel, the Balinese architecture is really beautiful, our room was lovely, the pool area is very serene. Enjoyed a free 15 minute massage at the spa. We got a room upgrade to a Premier Suite and enjoyed having our own private jacuzzi too. Also enjoyed going to the private beach club on Nusa Dua Beach.

Nice pool area, spacious rooms, quiet. Beach is a bit far, but they have a shuttle bus that takes around 10 min and the beach area is lovely. Breakfast was basic but fresh with a few options.

This hotel was amazing, rooms were really clean, the shuttle to the beach club was perfect. The staff were really great. Especially Marsha on the front desk who helped find an item my mother left in a taxi, she truly went beyond. The security staff would stop traffic to help my older mum cross the road. Some nice eating options within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Room cleaned every day, alot of nice little touches.

Very good value for money, the staff is very helpful and pleasant, the rooms are huge! The disadvantage is the breakfast - it is pretty basic and boring, so I would recommend an option without breakfast included.

The staff was very approachable and easy to reason with when addressing our queries and were generally pleasant and very professional. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, for which we are very grateful, and had a great time at the resort.The rooms were very spacious and well-kept.

Not many option of restaurants nearby, walls are thin so it's always a luck with the neighbors, walking distance to the beach is a bit to far

Clean and spacious room, nice private beach, very good breakfast, big supermarket nearby, not too overcrowded, swimming pool was pretty empty all the time and warm. Gym was also empty. Overall I would go here again.

Massive room sizes, large bathrooms with gorgeous bathtub. The balcony was large with hanging wines for privacy. The kids loved the pool with a good amount of shallow end and deeper end. So many hanging vines throughout the property. A fun pool table we played in the afternoon and free shuttle bus to the beach and Bali collective shops every two hours. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and convenience stores and massage shops. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect.
