Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe main lounge area and pool were great. The dogs were cute and friendly and didn't bark at night. Handy location with a scooter. My villa was clearly a bit older than some others but the pool was handy. Kymeco villa was a bit smelly but mine was fine. Fridge was a bonus.

United StatesBooking.com description is inaccurate! It is advertised as king size beds but according to the owner there are no king size beds in the facility at all.
Pool is great! Calming environment, good price value! Village is nice! There is rental scooter! Not too far from Nusa Dua! Nice breakfast

RomaniaThe location is not the best since it’s not very easy to get to Nusa Dua or Geger Beach, but you can always rent a scooter or order a taxi.
Anjing means dog and that is what you should expect here. Lots of adorable dogs and cats rescued by the owners, which make your stay so much pleasant! The villas look nice, the pool has very nice views and the breakfast was good. The owners stay on property and you will encounter them all the time, so if that is not your thing and would prefer a hotel kind of feeling, keep that in mind.

United KingdomIt was in the countryside so need a grab to get anywhere and no food available at the homestay, so you have to get a taxi to any food places. Nusa Dua seemed the easiest to get to.
The garden & pool were beautiful. We liked having all the dogs & cats around too. Breakfast was good.

United KingdomNothing really.
Love the gentle calmness of the villa. Lovely infinity pool and gardens. Special owners as they rescue dogs and it is a joy to see the dogs so happy and a couple of cats. Met new friends at breakfast and easy to get places on Gojet. Staff were amazing and a big thank you to Charlie who picked me up from the airport. He very patiently waited whilst I got a sim card from. The recommendation he gave enroute to the Villa Happy smiles A great start to my healing journey. Thank you x

AustraliaThe only downside for me was no bar to get drinks or snacks but to be honest the breakfast filled me up until dinner most days, so it stopped me over eating on holiday. You have your own fridge so can buy snacks or drinks at the grocery store at the bottom of the long road. And I didn't have a hangover once!
If you want a relaxing place to go, where you can swim in beautiful surroundings, listening to the wildlife this is the place to go. Breakfast was gorgeous with 6 options. We had the healthy breakfast every day. The Staff and hosts were so friendly. The villa is clean and comfortable with an outside bathroom. Very Balinese and we loved it. It is up a long road, so transport is essential, but you can hire a scooter or get an uber (gogek) scooter, or hire a cab (bluebird app) like we did and they are very cheap. We were allowed to have a massage in the villa and had a lovely lady called Made come and do that for us (look at local masseurs). It only cost $20 AUD. And we would highly recommend the faces restaurant in 'The Bale' hotel if you don't have children. If you arrive after check in time, Paul will arrange for their driver to pick you up and check you in and you pay for that up front. Villa Anjing-I loved being out the way of the hustle and bustle. If you want to relax, this place is perfect. We will be back. Thank you ❤️

The description on site not correct no private beach . Or view to ocean from room or pool view . Location need scooter or go gek to get to food or anywhere it's a hidden location. 4 KMs to a beach . Just tucked out of way and quiet . Management just seemed bit cold . It would help if we spoke French I think .
The breakfast was the best out of all accommodation we went to . Lovely lots of choices Surrounds tastefully decorated in beautiful resort style decor high end styling Rooms beautiful and private air cond fan also .

GermanyThere was nothing we were unhappy about! The taxi driver from the airport couldn’t find the place right away and also at night it can be difficult to find the right road to the Vila if you don’t know the area. If you don’t like animal noises around you, the stay will maybe be a little inconvenient, for us it was not a problem at all.
Paul and Caroline (I hope to remember the names correctly!) were very friendly, gave us tips for nice beaches, and organized us our trip to Gili which we did more or less spontaneously. We could also stay another night and rent a scooter right there which was very helpful to get around and get to know the south of Bali. The garden and pool are also very beautiful. Thank you again very much for having us :)

LatviaSome things were lacking in the bathrooms (e.g. soap), breakfast was a bit limited - eggs, toasts or pancakes. It might be a bit harder at first to find your way around since this hotel is off the main road.
There was a lot of space, and our rooms looked nice. Stuff and owners where helpful and friendly. There are lots of dogs and cats (owners have adopted many local abandoned animals - much praise for that!) in this hotel, and we could get scooters and driver through reception - which we recommend. There are quite a few good beaches near by (the closest was Geger beach, which is approx 15 minutes with a scooter). If you prefer rocky beaches - then those are a bit further ~30 minutes by scooter on the western side of the peninsula - e.g. Padang Padang

FranceWarm welcome from the owners, very careful with any of our requests. Very good recommendations on places to visit, local restaurants. The villa is very beautiful and all has been done with beautiful taste. The decoration is very nice, we feel relax and comfortable. The villas with the rooms are amazing, and we loved the outside bathroom. Breakfast is also excellent. Our stay was very short, 3 nights, and we would have loved to stay longer :) Big Merci to Caroline and Paul for their kindness, help and nice talks. Great staff too and very efficient driver :)

NetherlandsWhile driving to the location we were somewhat doubtful because of it’s quite inland location, but once you go through the gate you enter a comfy paradise.
Really really nice place. We stayed for three nights with our 6p family. Beautiful bungalows, swimmingpool, garden and tennis court. the owners Caroline and Paul are the best. Super friendly and helpful. As is the rest of their staff. They,ve got dozens of scooters for rent, on property laundry service and free use of tennis equipment. Our 10 year old daughter loved the dogs on the premises also. They all got their own names from her and she couldn’t stop cuddling Millie, Cupcake, Brownie and others ;). It’s are very relaxing place wirh seaview in the distance and a cost atmosphere. Highly recommended!
