Gorgeous view of the lake. Huge breakfast spread, yummy drip coffee and excellent room service menu. Eternity pool open till late. Helpful staff.

SingaporeDated room telephone it was never connecting had to go down personally if any issues. Shower tap was faulty it was a challenge to switch from shower head to tap. The noise from the motorway was really loud couldn’t sleep ( room had a lovely view of the natural lake though)
We liked the executive room it was big had a living and dining. Room was spacious. Good breakfast separate. They have western, local and Japanese spread. Very good steak selection on the roof top restaurant. Hotel offered free shuttle to the malls

SingaporeFirstly, what was promised as indicated thru the messages, was not delivered, No swan art towel or cake were present. Noted that it was out of good faith on the Hotel's part, but I reckon it would be better if empty promises were not made, to avoid disappointing expectations. More so, since I was a returning guest. The security provides a positive vibes, however vehicles like Grab should be allow temp access, to prevent delay and manage the customers/guests expectation

SingaporeThe location is good ,but traffic outside the hotel was madness and i feel not safe when our grab or taxi turn into the hotel the U-TURN was very scary the car or motorbike wont stop especially night time..very dangerous for tourist travelling with taxi or private car..Breakfast was crowded and we have to wait for our table about 20 to 25 mins.The breakfast spread was just ok not many varieties and by the time we enter the breakfast buffet some food are empty they didnt top up. Another thing about the bathroom the shower rain tap was faulty and for our another room the drainage was choke and water flooding the shower area

AustraliaThe facilities such as the jacuzzi pool were not in operation. There used to be in house karaoke facilities but not anymore. The massage was not good and overpriced.
The staff (from the doorman to housekeeping to reception and even reservations that handled my online booking) were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was clean and spacious. Bathrobes and room slippers were provided. Housekeeping was detailed in cleaning our rooms.

SingaporeBuffet was not up to the level of 5 star hotel. Choice of food is very less . Same thing like noodles, rice are repeated on different varieties, rather than having options to choose. Meat lovers is always chicken only, nothing else. I would rate the buffet 4/10. Internet wireless connection is very bad and you don’t get signal strength always. So have your mobile data available

The bed is really comfortable and huge. We got the lake view, it's really awesome and you can see sunrise in the morning! The staff all were really friendly and helpful. We couldn't or rather we didn't know how to turn on the tv, we called the housekeeping and immediately a staff came to our room to assist with the remote control. 😃😃 The breakfast spread was awesome. There was a good variety of food and the food was really tasty. We booked 3 rooms but when we checked in, only 1 room was ready. When the other 2 rooms were ready, the staff came to our room to give us the keys to the other 2 rooms, we didn't have to go down to the front desk to collect the keys. That's great service definitely!!

IrelandThe food was really bad, I had beef brisket at the pool side bar and there was a smell of bad fish off it, it was inedible. The roof top restaurant was a disaster. The food was similar to that of airline food along with a live band playing so loudly I couldn't hear my partner speak so we just left and went back to our room. It's supposed to be a restaurant in a 5 star hotel, the music should be in the background and not blasting in your ears. I've stayed in hotels that are 2 and 3 star and the food has been great. This can't be acceptable in a renowned 5 star hotel. But the breakfast in the morning on the ground floor was pretty good. If they could improve this aspect of the hotel then they would be the best on the island.
The staff were very nice and were definitely a highlight of the hotel. The spa is amazing, the pool is decent too. The rooms are great and the hotel itself is beautiful. They also have a gym which is well equipped.
