While they do state on their site that noise will be a factor to consider during your stay, perhaps more soundproofing could be utilised! We stayed over a weekend (Friday/Saturday) and there was live music until the early hours of the morning. We knew what we signed up for, but just an FYI to anyone considering their options.

The most ideally located place in Limerick city. You're right in the heart of the city. The staff were more than accommodating and the breakfast options were perfect for setting you up for a day of Limerick-ing!

It was like sleeping at the side of the main stage at electric picnic, ok we knew it said there might be noise from the bar but holy moly we were practically vibrating in the room from the noise, all the cooked breakfasts were cold and the brown bread was stale

Had to pay for parking in the nearby parking station. It wasn’t too expensive though.

Staff member Tori made our stay. Every time we saw her she was bubbly and extremely helpful. She asked us our plans and gave great recommendations When we would return she would ask in a genuine manner how our outing was.

The staff were very friendly, the room was basic but spacy and comfortable. The location is very central, easy to find and to get to.

Only issue would be the one thing the Hotel cannot do anything about - which was the noise from surrounding bars/nightclubs etc. During the week there would be no issues - just Fri/Sat/Sun nights. Booked this place with my eyes open to this fact, but the volume level was still a surprise even for me. Just something to be aware of for anybody who may be sensitive to this.

Lighting in bathroom could have been better.

There was a choice of items when ordering the cooked breakfast. Waitress was very pleasant. Despite being in centre of the town, our room was quiet. It was close to King John's castle.

Not even a chair at Reception to wait for my mates to land downstairs. No frills offering except for the piece (& location is good if you want to walk places).

Too expensive for what you pay for.....won't be rushing back.

Very loud ventilatior in the bathroom is very annoying. Some chair in room would be great (it is only a tabure).

Locaton (in the center, 10 min walk to kings John ireland - main attractions), public garage is right next to the hotel, it cost 10 eur for the night. Pubs, restaurants, shops are all there. They upgraded our room for wich we are grateful. Room spacious and clean; elevator is only to the first floor.

The location is close to all you need for a relaxing break. Having a food serving bar attached helps you unwind after visiting the many sights in the surrounding area.

I'm not familiar with coffee machines, prefer a kettle or instruction of how to use the coffee machine 🤔, pity we have to pay for parking facilities, but not a big problem, overall very happy and would definitely stay there again, 👍

We were staying overnight. The window was facing the church, so we didn't hear much music from the bar. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was great. The room was a little small, but I guess it was because we were just for one night, so it was just enough.

Our room was towards the front of the property and with the window open (for the fresh air), the cigarette smoke from the smokers at the pub next door would waft up into our room which was unpleasant

We select our stats by car parking. Booking.com says parking. This was not included, however parking station is visible from reception and was €10 for 24 hours. We were happy with this.
