The room decor doesn't match the rest of the restaurant/bar and the rest of the hotel in general. I know you'll fix that.

Really great staff. All so much fun. You've done a great job with hiring. They are all new. So still getting to grips. But any slight issues were more funny than inconvenient. They are all passionate about delivering top class, personable service. Tom in the bar/restaurant is a particular gem.

Bathroom was very small for a family of 5. Our only negative.

It was fantastic. Fresh and plentiful breakfast. Staff were super friendly. Family room was a great size and catered for 2adults and 3 children. Really nice bar area. Playground and crazy golf for kids. Great value for money. Will return.

It advertises online that there’s a shuffle bus to get you into town when there isn’t. Was told to find my own way into town. Breakfast was a little disappointing

Very poor service in the bar area on Sunday night. No sign of anyone in a management position. New staff on duty appeared to be literally working their 1st ever shift .

The hotel was perfect for a family. We played mini golf, played in the pool and the kids menu at dinner at great choices. The room was clean, and very spacious. The bed were so comfortable. But most of all the staff were incredible. They were so friendly, and nothing was any trouble. The woman at Check in was so welcoming that my 8 year old son even commented on how lovely the lady was. The staff at the leisure centre were so lovely also, joking with my son as we collected our clubs for mini golf. I couldn't recommend staying here enough. But as always it is the staff that make or break any business/hotel. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant was completely backed up as it was packed. This is normal but the plates weren't cleared between meals either. There was no air con in the rooms so it made it quite uncomfortable.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were very nice and accommodating.

The location is great. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working. My daughter has juvenile arthritis and had to take the stairs numerous times. There was no open tables at the restaurant and when we got a table we waited a very long time for drinks and for our order to be taken. My 5 year old was in tears when she had still not received her meal after an hour. The rooms were clean but the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very hard and fat. The worst part was that there was a party of young teens that were knocking on the door multiple times and yelling loudly from about 3 am to 4 am. We did not sleep much at all. The breakfast was good and the staff at the leasure centre was lovely. We saved for this trip and chose this hotel as it had great reviews but we left tired and my daughter has a very swollen and painful knee today.
