The property was quite noisy, lots of slamming doors and I could hear a lot of outside noise in my room. The property does provide earplugs and it didn't bother me too much, but I was woken up by the slamming doors at least once. It would be great if they put soft closures on the room doors.

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice too. The automatic check in process was simple and worked well. The location was great, a short walk from the heart of Galway with a good parking option near by next to the Cathedral.

It's just a suggestion but maybe for foreign travelers it could be useful to install one socket with usb port or provide extension cord with one.

All the check in system is simple and easy. We were upgraded to better room which is a bonus. Room had everything you need. Staff put a ventilator in our room because it was a hot day in Galway (which is not typical) and that helped a little bit to overcome the heat.

Extremely well kept, clean, easy self check-in. Lift was convenient with suitcases. Stairs were wide and easily accessible. Coffee and tea area greatly appreciated. Good cafe next door. Convenient location.

All very Minor cons: the pillows are a little oversized/hard. No doubt the great staff would’ve arranged a new pillow but it was late before I realised. Also the view was just a wall/AC ducts but that was clear from the ad.

Very well located. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well set up. Check in was easy. Though I didn’t meet any staff in person, as it’s a self service hotel, the remote staff via watsapp were *excellent*. They helped me very promptly with questions about the local area (parking, directions) with good local knowledge. I also unfortunately fell ill during my trip: but The staff were excellent, extending my stay and giving me a late check-out free of charge. Ad was clear there’s no parking at the accommodation - but there is a large car park immediately opposite the front door, and nearby apartments that do cheap daily rates.

Not enough counter top in the bathroom for toiletries. Wall cabinets were not really functional or located in the best place within the room; the bed and suitcases took up 90% of the room. Initially, we were a bit dismayed by the size of the space but we accounted for location and length of stay and adjusted.

The location was great; just far enough out of the way of the many bars and restaurants, yet walking distance to everything including the canal walking path and Galway Cathedral. We had an awesome experience in Galway the weather was good, walking around the town was safe and easy, check-in and out was easy and efficient, room was clean with daily towel and tea service. Easy to communicate with host via booking app. Easy walk from the train station. Great food. The people are really nice, friendly and helpful.
